15/2/2021 11:38 | looking bouncy again | velvetide
10/2/2021 15:53 | chart continuing to do its thing. :) | kemche
10/2/2021 13:03 | Good spot se81 and well done to anyone else who spotted that hidden news and caught this 20% move - turned out to be a gimme because of the misrepresented RNS title. Blundered here. You'd probably call that a major blunder except the RNS on 03/02/21 is titled: "Additional Listing and total voting rights". Those are usually small additions to the share capital and then an update to the total shares in issue. The actual news involves significant deferred consideration activity involving the placement of shares that represented 5.6% of the share capital as well as a big director buy. I don't know how you call that "Additional Listing and total voting rights". Still, it is what it is. There is an update from Edison here: Onwards! All imo DYOR | sphere25
05/2/2021 10:19 | Imo we could be looking at multiples of that if we start eating WPP's lunch. | velvetide
05/2/2021 08:52 | £1.25 next? | kemche
04/2/2021 12:11 | I think most missed the RNS on 03/02? the other end of the trade is the exercise and placing of share option scheme- question is who's taken the rest of the 6.5m (at a minimal discount) | se81
04/2/2021 08:13 | So that's where some of the shares went. That is a decent chunk to buy so a possible bullish signal there, particularly with the recent trading update. I'd have ordinarily gone long here but need to be sure Vin Murria isn't on the other end of the trade. Still, that director buy could offset some of the move and it might not be Vin Murria. A few folk have bought on the back of the news. Clearly it's all about breach that key 100p on the long side. All imo DYOR | sphere25
03/2/2021 10:49 | Been a nice one to trade this. However, there is a big dump today of 6.4m shares at 89p. No idea who that is. IF it was Vin Murria, it could cause a big move here so all eyes on the holding statements because when these were highlighted down in the mid 30's on the overhang clearance, when it then transpired that Vin Murria was a buyer, it just added to the rally and the share just went absolutely nuts! If Vin Murria has added that could cause a big stir like the last time too. Vin Murria is one hell of a market mover. All imo DYOR | sphere25
28/1/2021 11:57 | Cracking chart too for those that like that kind of thing. | kemche
28/1/2021 11:56 | Current Trading -- Trading in Q4 2020 was ahead of expectations, a resilient performance reflecting the breadth of the Group's customer base -- Year-end cash was significantly ahead of expectations with net cash of GBP33m at 31 December -- FY20 results expected to be ahead of the expectations set out in the Group's interim results announcement of 28 October 2020 Which is nice. | kemche
18/1/2021 12:37 | 28th Jan. Should be interesting. | kemche
12/1/2021 13:00 | That has popped nicely too with the bid at 98.8 now so another nice little quick one for the traders. | sphere25
11/1/2021 11:30 | Chart doing its thing. | kemche
11/1/2021 11:28 | Further to previous post, starting to test key levels now. Haven't bought back yet but do like to trade this one a short term play only as it has a habit of making sharp moves. Been watching the trades here since the new year and it has been heavily skewed to selling with the large blocks hitting the bid at 87 and 88. Despite that price keeps creeping higher so there must be decent demand in the background. Edging higher again so interesting to see if it can push on here. | sphere25
30/12/2020 08:07 | Vin Muria has resigned as director at DWF Group to focus on other business opportunities and wonder if SAA is going to be one of them as she has the largest stake in SAA? Time will tell. Some previous news as a reminder: | parvez
08/12/2020 09:04 | Nice 40k at 87p just in. Appears to be orders on the books | letmepass
08/12/2020 08:54 | Just added a few more. Looks like yesterday. Rose in the morning then dropped then picked up later. Will see what happens | letmepass
08/12/2020 08:48 | That's just gone abit bonkers. Offer was sat at 74p when highlighted yesterday. It was sat there for a while with folk selling. Offer leapt to 89p this morning. Big move in such a short period of time so taken some profits already. Stop at 85p to lock in other gains. On the other side, iceberg at 89p holding the rally atm. IF it went through there at some point today, it would be bullish, but playing it safe for now. Can nip in and out of this. All imo DYOR | sphere25
08/12/2020 08:02 | Nothing like a push over 100p to get the price up even higher | letmepass
07/12/2020 20:30 | Shares reacted today as expected and in line with general market rally. Likely to move higher over the medium term as dust has settled and share price still down 80 % from last year | kipper7
07/12/2020 18:43 | Intraday high. Bodes well for tomorrow. | shirley83
07/12/2020 13:37 | chart still looking good - a smidge more. | kemche
07/12/2020 12:52 | Taken a few here for a short term trade. Stop at just under 70 Closing Edit: Broken out with the price finishing near the high of the day at 82p with strong demand in auction for shares. | sphere25 |
