Hello

Sorry to be a pain but i was wondering if you could help me by filling in my dissertation questionnaire researching investors opionions towards share options, specifically the issue of expensing them.

It is only short and will take approx. 3 minutes to complete.

You can access the dissertation online at:

Many thanks in advance to anyone who helps me with this.

Land Securities seems to be the most likely candidate, heard it on Bloomberg.

Land Securities might well beat Miller to it by buying into Chartwell Properties.

i bet Kingfisher is pleased with two potential bidders for the Chartwell properties.

A year ago or perhaps more,The Miller Group was to float. With the Stock market in a down turn, this plan seems to have been put on hold.

Miller is the largest privately owned Construction and Housebuilding services company in the UK.

It is now running the rule over the £500 million property portfolio of Kingfisher, Kingfisher being left with some £2 Billion to manage.(OUT BID)

The main question might be, Can Miller Group finance the purchase of the Portfolio or any future purchases come to that, from present resources and credit lines or will it again try to float again?.

Constructive Comments welcome as always.
