Rushden 2 & 3 could add 12- 15p to NAV.

News is waited for several assets that were due to complete recently, ayr, biggleswade, Gloucester, as well as the Rushden planning application. Perhaps allowing a 10p distribution to be made shortly.

What uplift to nav is to be expected if revised planning is approved for Rushden lakes?

Disposal of Neats Court Retail park due to be completed today. Hopefully will hear plans for this cash along with the £8.5m mentioned on the 19/12/16 by the end of the week.

'The sale is unconditional and completion is expected to occur on 25 January 2017 when cash proceeds of £11,342,500 will be received. A 10% deposit was paid on exchange of contracts. Completion of the disposal will release cash of £6,342,500 after repayment of the £5,000,000 bank borrowings which are secured on the investment, and details of the Board’s proposals for use of the net proceeds will follow when the transaction has completed' (RNS 23/12/16)

Nothing that hasn't been discussed before ...the flat that it has stabilised has influenced my decision that re entering seems reasonable..now a question of hoping it all plays out as expected
