21/11/2016 08:08 | oh dear... | maiken
16/11/2016 10:58 | Yes, you're quite right - these were trades relatively early in my trading hobby and following Simon Thompson tips, so as you'd expect there was a bump at the time of buying and my profits are accordingly muted. The £1 buys were around April/May and the 62-5p ones were in June. My corrected spreadsheet now shows a modest 4.83% profit since 22nd April, which isn't terrible, nor anything to write home about. Thanks for your attention. | simonsaid1
16/11/2016 10:53 | If you bought at £1 and at 65p then your timing was unfortunate, as you were buying at the top of the range both times before distributions. But the 65p buys should be just in the money (todays share price + 18p) and the £1 ones 4% or so up (you've had 56p back in respect of those). But you should have learned something, and you can't put a price on that! | mad foetus
16/11/2016 10:50 | Yeah edited my post, I actually messed up the maths on that as my spreadsheet had some problems. I pay £7.50 a trade and made far too many low-value trades early on with this stock, so the overall rate is a little exaggerated. | simonsaid1
16/11/2016 10:44 | So I worked out that so far, my average buy price was around 85p after commission (83p before), having bought a few times at 65p range and £1. Seems if I add up distributions and present value I'm slightly ahead. Hooray. | simonsaid1
16/11/2016 10:39 | Paid 134p (average price) had 101p back or 75% paid back. | fizzypop
16/11/2016 09:43 | Might not the RNS for Mr Heywood's cancelled transaction indicate that he has some inside info which meant that the purchase cd not stand? (If so, who knows whether good or bad!) Or is the co in a closed period? | ursus
15/11/2016 21:59 | Paid 130p had 101p back | gco1133a
15/11/2016 16:46 | Thanks Tilts, even better! Your timing was good first time around. | mad foetus
15/11/2016 16:44 | Paid 77p lowest, and had 56p back. | tiltonboy
15/11/2016 16:39 | Yes, I was buying at around 90p in old money, how much have we had back since - is it 50p? | mad foetus
15/11/2016 16:34 | Well in profit! | tiltonboy
15/11/2016 16:20 | In terms of ROI, is anyone in profit yet? I haven't yet calculated my initial spend on the stock, less the distributions so far and the current share price on my remaining holding. It is a daily irritant seeing it on my portfolio as -25% or so when I know that's not really the whole story! | simonsaid1
15/11/2016 15:51 | Well Tilts one did ..but it was an error do the 'top up' was sold | badtime

24/10/2016 17:39 | ss1, If it doesn't get through it will take away some of the upside to NAV forecasts. | tiltonboy
