According to simplywall.st, current share price is very undervalued with future cash flow value £7.28 v current share price 0.05. Also health of company is very strong. Looks like a great buy.

Need to change board members or they will drive the company into liquidation. What a mess. I wonder how much more the share price will fall. Maybe 1 or 2p? And how long will the cash burning last? Can't see any positive news coming soon.

This investment has been one of my most consistent serial disappointments. Will be glad when it is over and the management team can stop lining their pockets at my expense. :0(

NAV cut yet again, now 11.5 to 13.5p. Awful.

Management explanation simply not acceptable here.

Higher Newham cost £2m in 2012 as a collection of farm houses and agricultural land. It's 6 years later and now the land has planning permission for a housing development. Is it unreasonable to think that this might be worth a bit more than £2m, given the time, money and effort that went into developing the project?

I think we won't get any money back until March, even if they do close every deal early. Just think this thing will be dragged out as long as possible. :o(

Sutton under offer now, hopefully at close to the asking price.

Some welcome good news.

Biggleswade disposed of for £2.7m. That leaves just Sutton and the remaining lettings at Rushden Lakes and the liquidation is substantially complete. Think we should be within the 26-28p guidance range with any luck.

Two price cuts in short order, they must not have had a single offer on the property.

The only minor positive is that at an 8% yield with 9 years left on the lease, this thing should find a buyer at something close to the £6m asking.
