Investali your talking a lot of rubbish, the fact we are delisting is a disappointment but doesn't change the reason i invested here in the first place and that's the fact these are very cheap. On this mornings results things are improving with ebitda up 74% to 600k leaving us on an E/V which is staggeringly cheap imv. Anyway i'm not advising anyone to buy but i have added today to tuck away for a number of years.

Results out and notice of delisting. It is again another shame for small share holders as i've every belief that the management were beginning to turn this train around. 45% drop on Thursday should have know what was coming.

A 5k sale today had to take 5p below the bid which shows how illiquid these are and how you will be squeezed if you want to sell in a hurry, fingers crossed for a brighter future.

Looks like this one could be turning, directors adding to their holding. D.C. Thompson and major shareholders also adding.
Market cap just over 3.2 million and profits slowly rising makes these look cheap if future earnings can increase again.
LUD also comes with a risk warning with loan notes totalling 2.5 million by 2017.
I've taken a few as i believe it's worth a punt but as ever dyor etc...

DUE TO THE MARKET PLACING SUCH A LOW VALUATION AND THE LACK OF LIQUIDITY OF THEIR SHARES A DECISION WAS TAKEN TO DELIST ON THE 15TH OF JANUARY 2015. THERE WILL BE A MATCHED SHARE FACILITY FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY OR SELL. THE COMPANY CAN NO LONGER JUSTIFY THE COSTS OF A LISTING THOUGH STILL HOPE TO CREATE SHAREHOLDER VALUE.

Looked at the interims and agree. This is basically a shell with nothing done for the last 6 months. As you say the £4m cash remaining is being used to bankroll the directors who are being paid to do very little.
