The Board and team of LoopUp Group plc (AIM: LOOP) are deeply saddened by the death yesterday of our Non-Executive Chairman, Lady Barbara Judge, from pancreatic cancer. We extend our deepest sympathies to Barbara's family.

In terms of succession planning, the Board will give due consideration to appointing a new Chairman. In the interim, Mike Reynolds, currently Non-Executive Director and previously Chairman of the Group prior to our 2016 IPO, will assume the role of acting Non-Executive Chairman. Further updates will be made in due course.
