Had a high risk short term trade at 80p. Exit if it falls under 75p but it would appear massively oversold on both technicals and fundamentals.

Are appearances deceptive though?

IMHO, this is well oversold, the baby thrown out with the bath water.Interesting to watch the market overreaction and subsequent bounce which is imminent imho.

Either way I m stuck here for the longer term, can't afford to sell now with 65% erosion of capital sadly. In the current market with a lot of contrarian and growth plays available, market will heavily penalise for today.

Again let's go back to first principles and look at a baseline projection for next year based on today's announcement. Could someone kindly do this? I am in meetings all morning so can't really do now, apologies. Alternatively wait for analyst updates. Some director buying now may be a vote of confidence considering how big the opportunity may be now (if they really think it's cheap!).

Investors will see this as a profit warning and have learnt to sell immediately. It is in fact an expectation failure but the distinction will be lost.

Probably not, do not know anything about this company, except that there are others in the game called Teams and Zoom. But get the feeling that this company is a niche player somewhere, but a halving in price at low today seems harsh, I’m sure they have a role somewhere!

Agree MolakovThe presentation of the update this morning is particularly poor, especially the differentiation between the to markets - the scale of the problematic piece (14% of revenues) is burried late on. They should have said earlier in the RNS that that piece was only the minorityAdam

I agree, this should bounce back up now.

In light of this, the Group now expects FY20 revenue to be no lower than £50 million (c.18% growth on FY2019) and EBITDA to be no lower than £15 million (c.134% growth on FY2019)

THAT does not justify such a fall & could have been presented more clearly. Almost like they want it to tank.

Re post 646 - share price action today looks like my gut take was correct - Now significantly below price where unloaded - Lesson learnt - If company faile to respont to PI investors then possibly best to avoid - unload. Paid signifcantly in this case.

Parvez

Hang onto that thought, if it gives you comfort.
Numbers don't support it.
Where were they getting info for previous numbers from? A cloud of something they had been smoking?

Put it into perspective....the non-PS business is only 14% of the total and very competitive. The rest of the business i.e. PS and Cloud Telephony is flying. I would suggest they will focus on growth PS/Telephony market. An absolute steal at current price IMHO.

Well done Pratt you called it correctly. This is a real mixed bag. Lower than expected H2 revenue despite the continuing momentum from Covid masking some very good progress elsewhere.

What a bunch of shysters. Zero mention of any of this huge churn at interim stage. Almost bordering criminality in not doing so and then subsequently dumping stock. A lot of explaining needed.

With hindsight, the COO, Marcus Greensit, certainly timed his sale very well.
