Update on 2020 Interim Results

Lookers plc ("Lookers") or (the "Company")

On 25 November 2020 Lookers announced its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019. These are to be considered by shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company to be held on 28 December 2020.

Lookers intends to publish its unaudited 2020 interim results as soon as possible. However, it is unlikely that these will be finalised before the end of this calendar year.
