Lookers plc announces that Stuart Counsell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,559 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group on the 22(nd) November 2019 at a price of 49.64p per share.

Following the purchase, the total interest of Stuart Counsell and his connected persons in Lookers plc is 226,559 ordinary shares, representing 0.06 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
