Lookers plc announces that Nigel McMinn, Chief Operating Officer and Director, has purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group on 12(th) July 2019 at a price of 38.75p per share.

Following the purchase, the total interest of Nigel McMinn and his connected persons in Lookers plc is 360,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.09 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
