Catch 22. They can't publish the results because the will no longer be a going concern. They are no longer a going concern because they can't publish their accounts! It looks like if they can't find an emergency party to bail them out then this is the end of them in their current guise. Personally without massive government stimulus this sector appears due a big shake up anyway.

RNS makes the fraud sound worse not better than I first thought. If accounts are not filed by end of month shares will be suspended!

Not that keen on that announcement ive sold for a small 10% profit.

Seems a lot of work and restructure to be done and if car sales do just stay at 50% for some time then they will struggle.

I’m out might buy back in before the end of the month if it trickles back down.

I’ve read it as sales are 51% of last year e.g half of last years sales, not a 51% increase?

Well the shares are up 10%, either the market likes it or shorters are giving up and closing?

I suppose at worst it shows how difficult things are ahead and no immediate bounce back. Payroll savings will help and unfortunately are very necessary.

SMMT data just out showing 20,247 new cars registered in May in the UK.
89% decline vs last May. Better than Aprils total of 4,321.
