Hi foxy , price has come under pressure sine they announced delaying the agreement , as dealy says news should be with us this month. Core holding still in place , took some of the table at 60p , if it hits 40p again will take another 100k

the deal has not yet been approved by the regulator. If it is (later this month) then it will be put to shareholders. With Sibayne share price under pressure it remains to be seen what happens. Personally I think Lonmin can survive on its own

the historical financials have been terrible. and the company clearly cannot be a charity provider when it is fighting to survive. so it has much to gain from stressing that money is tight. the future however looks much better and the valuation is very low

regulator needs to approve (late November) then shareholders need to approve. all still open. white knight could also emerge

pgm prices and the zar are starting to improve. Lonmin is currently trading just above net cash. The merger terms with Sibayne are not attractive. Lonmin is worth 3x on a stand alone basis

Lonmin currently has an enterprise value of just 50m GBP. That is so ridiculously low. It's generating cash as well
