Yes OPTI not great but I am not worried, I have stop at 98p, I am waiting for it the fizzle out then mid 70's will come, just longer than expected. Lmi- if it dont bounce now of 88 then it's 81 near future. MARL- I said watch the movement and buy the low and sell the high, it's -15% down since I said that yesterday, look for a good entry point, buy in blocks because it probably may fall further.

Yes got out at 331 it's now tanked! Phew! See I know Glen well! But Lonmin not! But watching and learning!! 89p support! But good update it will fly! Not sure now how she is going to react as retraced again! Out and watching! I don't short any company but maybe I should! I just don't like the thought of hoping holders lose money!

You sound very clued up indeed. I tend to bottom fish but I find shorting has made me more money than a long position. To be honest I can't be bothered tellling people my reasoning, maybe I am just lazy but I owe nothing to anyone on these boards. You certainly don't need any advice from me, maybe you could share your knowledge if your not a lazy twwatt like me. Gl

I'm not one of the emotional types to get offended by someone profiting from a short, I also short... but I can't seem to find any instances of you going long. Do you open long positions at all? That's not a dig, genuine question.

If you're not learning much if anything here, why not share your knowledge? To say X and Y will go down when X happens... is fine, but reasoning and logic for why this will happen would help other traders.

I prefer to use crossovers to spot breakouts that often lead to trends. I use the 8/12/34 EMA and DEMA crossovers combined with the McGuinley Dynamic to monitor trends... RSI, Wave Trend Oscilator I use to help build the overall picture along with support and resistance and trendlines to spot patterns... but I give less weight to these.

Find the money flow just as it's growing in strength but not in full flow, you find the trend you make money whether that's short or long and exit before it turns.

TrendzSorry for late reply. I am very experienced with Level 2 platform and I use differing TA methods, I like the RSI also.Importantly I have many many companies I have been watching everday for years now, I know their habits, trends etc..OPTI will drift back to mid 70's although others may disagree that's fine

I closed my 92 short too early but I have many left open. It looked unsure but now looking like a test of 81 again soon. Watch for 76 if 81 fails then 54 .We will see about OPTI but I feel confident mid 70 again

Pjm opti won't go back to mid 70s this time. You are obviously shorting based on what has happened previously rather than the news flow coming in now on a daily basis. Anyway each to his own. Gl.
