03/4/2025 09:03:08 | Great time to pick-up these financial divided payers on ex-div dates with the view to collect next years dividend if you have the spare cash.. | cfro
03/4/2025 08:58:12 | All these tariffs are doing is creating uncertainty and will eventually, i'm sure, just raise prices for the consumer hence more inflation.. | cfro
03/4/2025 08:56:57 | Didn't i say he would end-up selling out of his farting cow share lol. Bet he made a loss there..You can read him like a book..
It's turned-out to be a very clever acquisition ANP made last year with Bio-Vet. That now gives them a base in the US where they have said they can expand production. So they can avoid any potential tariffs.
Also TET have facilities in the States and CNC so they should be well insulated. | cfro
03/4/2025 07:18:04 | I was looking at a stat, that says 80% of investors buy at the top of the market and a similar sell at the bottom. Herd mentality fear of missing out, and shear panic when things drop, and sell everything regardless.. and lack of knowledge about each individual company, I bet some don't know what even the company does, it's just a wigglely line... | igoe104
02/4/2025 23:53:16 | Go Trump Gorra love it. He is the guy for a deal, if you are in for the long term all this is doing is giving you better buying levels. No panic unlike the stock futures tonight. | cowie19
02/4/2025 22:14:27 | Now the question is has starmer got the balls to retaliate against Trump over these Tariffs.
What about charging them massive fees for using our military bases they are constantly using, then you have Tesla and ford cars and harley Davidsons ... | igoe104
02/4/2025 07:45:21 | SWG big contract renewal, £8.4 million, bigger than market cap.. They are also forecasted to have 5.6 million in cash at year end. | igoe104
01/4/2025 12:11:09 | I'd certainly recommend it THRL.
Long leases of property. 96 nursing homes in the portfolio, jucy quarterly dividends, 32 different partners so very well diversified.
A industry with tail winds as, as 85 year old number's are forecasted to double in the next 20 years..
Plus a good chance of the company being taken over above Nav, as they have sold off old nursing homes above NAV... | igoe104
01/4/2025 12:00:18 | Loved the Target Healthcare IMC. Based up there in the North of Scotland....perhaps they should rename it simply Tagart Lol..
This has now moved rapidly up my buy list and it's going to be one the next ones i buy hopefully.. | cfro
01/4/2025 09:07:15 | Target healthcare Investor meet at 10am, decent company that leases out nursing home premises, which is a growing industry, because folks are living older and older... | igoe104
01/4/2025 07:15:52 | RNWH update inline with down graded expectations. But still profits ahead of last year. | igoe104
31/3/2025 16:18:33 | I'll imagine the start of the tax season will see a recovery, before the traders off load again at the end of April. Rinse and repeat the same old cycle.... | igoe104
31/3/2025 15:59:11 | The price action of ANP over the last couple of years goes some way to disproving the stop-loss theory which would have caught many out on the way down to 200p or so..
I actually bought more at around that price and some around 230-40p with the price now back up again i'm sitting pretty. Plus all that dividend income recieved over that time..
The power of long term investing.. | cfro
31/3/2025 15:53:46 | I've got so many companies i want to buy but sadly i won't be able to buy most of them.. | cfro
31/3/2025 15:50:03 | Looking at this stock market now, is like being a 5 year old boy in a sweet shop, with very little money, but everywhere you look there is something you like, and your spoilt for choice... | igoe104
31/3/2025 07:30:31 | CNC to move to a new HQ and factory next year.
DUKE keep on plodding along.. | cfro
31/3/2025 07:29:41 | We didn't have to wait long for the ANP results in the end. All these traders fretting for no reason..
Over the moon with the dividned increase to 8p.. | cfro
28/3/2025 17:00:05 | Talking about SPI unusual amount of trades in the last hour or so... | igoe104
28/3/2025 16:51:36 | Trump moans about the troubled steel and Car factories closing. But the yanks have nobody to blame but themselves, for pricing themselves out of the market, greedy Americans demand much higher wages than anyone else, what makes them think their Labour is better than anyone else, but they still demand extremely high wages, compared to other countries. That's the big issue, greed.. That's why alot of their manufacturing companies are struggling... | igoe104
28/3/2025 16:40:31 | WHR looks more or less done and dusted over the next few months, I still think at least half dozen of my stocks look like sitting ducks..
Especially SPI and GRID I'll be surprised if both are listed in 18 months time... | igoe104
28/3/2025 15:50:49 | Yes, let them worry about the wiggles and waggles and me and you will concentrate on the chunky Director buys just announced by both the CEO and CFO... | cfro
28/3/2025 14:42:54 | T-Trader the latest to bang on about the chart on CSN forum. Chesnara is actually a business with employees, not a wiggle line chart.
So another added to the filter list.. | igoe104
28/3/2025 07:09:16 | Looks like dreadful interims from POS...
