It's turned-out to be a very clever acquisition ANP made last year with Bio-Vet. That now gives them a base in the US where they have said they can expand production. So they can avoid any potential tariffs.

Also TET have facilities in the States and CNC so they should be well insulated.

I was looking at a stat, that says 80% of investors buy at the top of the market and a similar sell at the bottom. Herd mentality fear of missing out, and shear panic when things drop, and sell everything regardless.. and lack of knowledge about each individual company, I bet some don't know what even the company does, it's just a wigglely line...

I'd certainly recommend it THRL.

Long leases of property. 96 nursing homes in the portfolio, jucy quarterly dividends, 32 different partners so very well diversified.

A industry with tail winds as, as 85 year old number's are forecasted to double in the next 20 years..

Plus a good chance of the company being taken over above Nav, as they have sold off old nursing homes above NAV...

Loved the Target Healthcare IMC. Based up there in the North of Scotland....perhaps they should rename it simply Tagart Lol..

This has now moved rapidly up my buy list and it's going to be one the next ones i buy hopefully..

The price action of ANP over the last couple of years goes some way to disproving the stop-loss theory which would have caught many out on the way down to 200p or so..

I actually bought more at around that price and some around 230-40p with the price now back up again i'm sitting pretty. Plus all that dividend income recieved over that time..

Trump moans about the troubled steel and Car factories closing. But the yanks have nobody to blame but themselves, for pricing themselves out of the market, greedy Americans demand much higher wages than anyone else, what makes them think their Labour is better than anyone else, but they still demand extremely high wages, compared to other countries. That's the big issue, greed.. That's why alot of their manufacturing companies are struggling...

WHR looks more or less done and dusted over the next few months, I still think at least half dozen of my stocks look like sitting ducks..
