You timed your purchase spot-on. I've been waiting years for this day and it's finally arrived. I first started buying in 2019 and have made numerous purchases over the years at prices as low as 62p and as high as 94p. But that demonstrates the qualities of patience because there was a time that you had to question whether the company would ever realise its true potential.

It's time has now come but should be a whole lot more to go for yet unless it gets bought-out which i suspect it probably will..

I see the traders are jumping abroad CNC. A small cap hitting new highs, but like you said, loads of decent small caps, at rock bottom levels, that hardly anybody is interested...

Lots of small-caps slipping. Two of mine PZC and DUKE..

These modern day traders are only after momentum, anything that is dropping is untouchable to them. That means that loads of great companies are completely unloved. Oh to have some spare cash, so many i want to top-up..

Sod it i talked myself in buying some more. added afew more OPG with a very small amount of cash which i shouldn't be touching. Spare grand..

My mirco cap OPG keeps slipping down.

Its M/C is only 37 million and in afew weeks its forecast to announce 6 month results profit at over 9 million. So if its full results come in at 18 million its on a P/E of 2 ish..

Don't think I've ever seen anything so cheap in my life..

I only hold 1.5% position only wish I had some more cash..

STB along with MANO and PZC are my worst performing stocks this year. Im not selling any of them though. STB and MANO are definitely on the naughty step however but i am going to leave making any decision until the new year whether i end-up selling them both or keeping them.

The recent court ruling for the vehicle finance companies is downright stupid. It should have been thrown out of court. If it stands then it will have very profound and damaging consequences for so many different companies in many different industries.

It doesnt exactly help the Uk market when our judges are socialist and perhaps senile..

Massive profit warning from ADF. The family sold a chunk of shares only just recently too so their public image is shot now..

Also Harwood capital have been recent buyers back in the summer so they wont be too pleased either..

Made my decision last night with tsco, im going to keep them. Every supermarket is in the same place, so they will all do some cost cutting and put prices up . With supermarkets its easier to pass prices on than retail companies like next etc because people have to eat...

Wouldn't they make a load of redundances and go over to more self-service tills. My local Aldi only employs 6-8 people and they have to run round doing everything.

But i can also see these big employers like tesco lobbying government and possibly end-up getting some concessions. The new NI rules are simply not fair on them and does the government want more on the dole..

Must admit I'm considering selling Tesco, this employer NI tax rise and minimum wage been pushed up considerably, will be tough for retail companies like tsco Greggs etc

I do like Richard Staverley eagle eye, but not sure about some of these other fund managers even they have their own biased opinions...

ANP jumped up this afternoon on high volume. I am always suspicious of Friday afternoon moves (both up or down!). Takeover Monday morning? You never know..

Edit - Looks like an ST tip plus could be vox markets mention yesterday too that created the buying interest but volume was still quite high at 600k shares traded hence may be more to it perhaps than just the two tips..

I hear that Mr G has left stocko. Funny that! I suspect he was quietly asked to leave. Now gone onto substack. Don't they all! Paid for subscription.
Two things: firstly it wont work, he wont get enough sign-up for it or they will slowly leave when his tips dont work out (which they wont!).
Secondly, you have to be, by law, FCA registered....

You don't need to take Vox Markets seriously. Just look for the one or two companies you are interested in and leave the rest.
I appreciate there is a lot of dross, but some fund manager interviews are worthwhile if you know who's worth listening to :-))
