Regarding Covered Warrants, we are scouring the guidelines and rules issued by the LSE to see if we can unearth anything that says the current price should be treated differently from other SETS instruments. If we come up with anything I will let you know.
John
Any news on this ?
SB45 has buy on it today but no high/low/open. I don't understand why it was ok before the LSE changed the platform but is not ok now.

08/3/2011 10:03 | abcd1234 and eithin, I am asking for an update, but I haven't had one yet I'm afraid. As soon as I have an idea of the date or time these fixes will be put in, I will let you know.
DFGO, The change value is calculated using yesterday's close versus the current price. On 4 Mar GKP closed at 144.5 and at the time of your message it was at 136.25, so I think the value of 8.25 was correct.
harryg, I'm not sure what is going on there, are you looking at KEFI as the main symbol on Level 2 or KEFI.GB? I have 5 L2 tabs set up to try and test this today, hopefully one of them will release an announce ment and I will be able to re-produce this problem.

Once again there is an Announcement on my Monitor but not on Level 2. On this occasion it is Kefi Minerals. Surely the paid for service should receive this information.

07/3/2011 15:46 | thanks John,
this is important, and alas that won't quite work for me, and my workflow processes
as you know, this is not an idle request from me, and over the years, I like some others here, have shaped some of the key elemnts that have been added to Level2, and also aspects of the functionality of areas such as %gainers list
I would be most grateful if you copuld give me a timescale please
thanks | abcd1234 | |
07/3/2011 10:26 | Lizzie II,
I'm not sure I understand your point, could you give me a little more info please? At the time you posted, there had been 1 LSE trade and 4 Plus trades, so L2 for CAD would have shown 5 trades in total. LSE:CAD on the monitor would have shown 1 trade and PLUS:CAD.GB would have shown 4.
abcd1234,
No update as yet I'm afraid, but I promise I will post here as soon as I have any more information on that. For the time being I would recommend using the Monitor or Portfolio, where the column is currently available.

07/3/2011 09:16 | You don't think his answer in 1087 will still apply?
They've set out their top priorties in the header; he's told you he'll let you know when he has further news on your issue. What other update will there be?
Might be worth not hassling him for a little? | call-logger
07/3/2011 09:09 | john,advfn,...
any date for what we are discussing in post 1085?... it's important
Thanks | abcd1234 | |
07/3/2011 08:22 | Share Centre website currently unavailable - any connection to the LSE shenanigans I wonder?

07/3/2011 08:19 | ADVFN, take a look at CAD today, where L2 clearly shows details of some trades, but more than the 1 deal shown on Monitor. | lizzie ii

04/3/2011 13:29 | abcd1234,
There is no date for that one yet I'm afraid. I will let you know when there is though.

abcd1234,
The A flag is no longer put out by the LSE, but we will be adding the News counter columns to the toplists, as we did with Portfolio yesterday.
John

Hopefully by next week, yes.
larryb3,
Can you confirm the symbol please? I can't find CNGR I'm afraid.
John | jgpgw | |

L2 seems to be duplicating all Plus trades for CNGR. | larryb3
03/3/2011 16:29 | by next week, I hope.
is is ongoing, open ended? | hyper al
03/3/2011 16:22 | Hyper Al,
That is part of the ongoing SETSqx problem, we are getting very close to a big fix which will take that into account though and sort out that problem.
John | jgpgw | |
03/3/2011 16:21 | Mr Fossil,
Thanks for pointing that out, we'll take a look. When a stock is not in auction, we are supposed to display the last uncrossing price, but when a new auction starts, you don't necessarily get crossed orders straight away, so for that period the uncrossing price is technically unset. I think the correct thing to do would probably be to clear out the uncrossing price at that point, rather than waiting until a new one is entered.
Good spot Gengulphus, my keyboard is out to get me it seems...

03/3/2011 16:11 | What's going on with trade prices and charts for AYM?
bid/offer stuck or something. | hyper al
03/3/2011 15:34 | It seems to be happening only when you hit the Steaming Prices button, ...
Nice typo! ;-)
