10/10/2014 16:06 | It's a strangely worded rns. Starts off saying that the talks with the investor that would have left something on the table for investors, if eff al, have ended. Then goes on to say that it's being bought out and Lond as such will be no more. Then ends with vague talk about cash injection, etc. The issue then is how it's going to get bought out? The subtext is that shareholders get nothing which suggests the potential buyer is saying I will buy if you put it into administration, which obviously cannot have happened yet, but once in admin, it becomes a whole new ballgame. If the Directors have rejected an offer that would retain shareholdings and are encouraging a buy out through administration, that would appear to be a dereliction of their duty to shareholders. This has got a very nasty smell. Just thankful I wasn't in at the close. Made a few pounds on a couple of trades but thankful for small mercies I guess! | forwood | |
