It's a strangely worded rns. Starts off saying that the talks with the investor that would have left something on the table for investors, if eff al, have ended. Then goes on to say that it's being bought out and Lond as such will be no more. Then ends with vague talk about cash injection, etc.

The issue then is how it's going to get bought out? The subtext is that shareholders get nothing which suggests the potential buyer is saying I will buy if you put it into administration, which obviously cannot have happened yet, but once in admin, it becomes a whole new ballgame.

If the Directors have rejected an offer that would retain shareholdings and are encouraging a buy out through administration, that would appear to be a dereliction of their duty to shareholders. This has got a very nasty smell. Just thankful I wasn't in at the close. Made a few pounds on a couple of trades but thankful for small mercies I guess!

tonysss13 - Yes was in ISYS. One of my 'bargains' at the time of the mini crash pre gulf war mark 1. Ended up with a loss on that but 10 bagged with stagecoach around the same time. Both beaten down and heavily in debt but one had cashflow the other didn't.

Makday...am not a child and I didnt see you hear until after the event....please crawl back in to the hole you came from.

As for my profit....I took out my money and some profit. In hindsight, I should have taken an extra chunk just to be sure I got a 100%+ return, but 100% return is better than nothing and not many places will pay me 15K for a weeks work at my age!

"The hopes the shares would have 'little value' are gone - they have nil value"
i.e. to investors and shareholders: so long and thanks for all the cash

"If the proposal is successful it's anticipated that the Sierra Leone operation
would still see funding provided by a strategic investor"

i.e. to staff at Marampa: don't panic as some of your jobs may be safe
