10/10/2014 14:39 | miamisteve. rememebr you from the ISYS days. all over folks strategic process update London Mining Plc (the "Company") announces that the only strategic investors now remaining in the process are those whose proposals are not expected to contemplate the continuation of London Mining Plc, the listed legal entity, as a going concern. As previously announced, discussions were ongoing with potential strategic investors about structures which the Board believed would result in little or no value in the equity of the Company but the discussions with the investor which might have resulted in little value in the equity have ended. As a consequence the Directors have requested the immediate suspension of the trading on AIM of the ordinary shares and trading on Channel Islands Securities Exchange of the convertible bonds. It is anticipated that further funding in to the Sierra Leone operation and potentially other development assets would be provided by a strategic investor if the discussions are successful. 10/10/2014 14:38 | It was the company requested the suspension rather than the LSE. The former usually come back; the latter don't. | forwood

10/10/2014 14:35 | LOND should really have been suspended on the initial announcement on the 8th. The spectacular rise since dropping to 0.2p seems to have been a result of the exited institutionals having gone from the order books, a short-closing rally and newspaper/bulletin board takeover rumours leading PI's to pile in. | bam bam rubble
10/10/2014 14:34 | You are the idiot chesty as people still made loads here before the announcement | twitterman
10/10/2014 14:33 | Jungmana RE: 3494. Well done mate, I wasnt so luck to sell all and get out. You did say, but then, such is life. I was going for one last kill here, a 15p-25p bid would make sure my grand kids would get a more privileged lifestyle than I did growing up. | duxy786_3
10/10/2014 14:33 | tonysss13 talking sense. The Indians are asking for creditors to take write downs on their debt. No way in hell they would accept that if there was a payout to equity holders. | miamisteve
10/10/2014 14:33 | I don't hold but, given they didn't suspend before an rns that chopped 90+% off the market cap earlier in the week, seems unlikely they would suspend now to repeat the same information. | johnspain
10/10/2014 14:33 | stinger has lost all his money again. That chunt moves from one disaster to the nexy | bad robot
10/10/2014 14:32 | WAS NOT IN TPET BUT THAT WAS A DUSTER, THIS HAS JUST RISEN 1O FOLD IN 2 DAYS, THE ONLY REASON IT IS SUSPENDED IS BECAUSE THEY HAD TO STOP IT RISING AND THEY WERE RUNNING OUT OF STOCK, THE MASSIVE BUYS TODAY WERE A GIVEAWAY. | kirk2
10/10/2014 14:32 | K No need to shout. They need shareholders will get nothing. I can tell everyone this now, like I did in a few PM. Shorts were no longer available , as it was maxed out. Look how many shares been traded last 3 days. All II out, churning and churning shorters getting wiped. Someone been way smarter than I expecting. Asked for the suspension before the friday exit at 4.00p, | bad robot
10/10/2014 14:32 | Bad Robot was right,,,,AMI next. | the stinger
10/10/2014 14:31 | RNS clearly states 'pending clarification of the company's financial position'. Sorry, but I don't know of many companies that have returned from one of those RNS's, even if does say temporary. Hope I'm wrong for the sake of those that have bought today but I'd be prepared for the worst, anything else is a bonus. | bungeetrader |
