Notification regarding the posting of the Company’s Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Lonfin shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that, further to the preliminary announcement of unaudited results and the dividend declaration for the year ended 30^th June 2017, published on 28^th September 2017, (“Unaudited Preliminary Results”), the Company’s 2017 Annual Report & Accounts has been published and was posted to Shareholders on 29^th September 2017. The Financial Statements contained in the 2017 Annual Report & Accounts contain no changes to the Unaudited Preliminary Results.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 5^th December 2017 at 11.00 am at 6 Middle Street, London EC1A 7JA and the Notice of the AGM is included in the Annual Report & Accounts. 

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the 2017 Annual Report & Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The Unaudited Preliminary Results is also available as follows:
