Glasswala, the second tranche was fixed at 1.40 to raise 2.8 million gbp. LSP take these up.There's no reason LSP would sell these shares now and therefore not likely to have downward pressure on the share price On the contrary the funding will become clear soon and will probably look better than seen for a long time.

April 9th is not long to wait and there should be some news on the USA marketing campaign. LMT has waited a long time for approval so I'm sure they are not sitting on their hands now.

A whole load of shares are going to be added shortly which will dilute this share big time. My reasons are:
1) The placing of Second tranche which i think will be priced around £1.20p to £1.40p price range.
2) Convertible £3m loan this is at £1.40
3) Additional share placing to fund the big push into USA which will have to be discounted to get the placing through this will again be at the £1.20 to £1.40p mark.
Sorry to be a doom and gloom merchant but the share price is going to get lower before it gradually gets higher. I wish i had more funds to get in on the action at a lower base then when i entered initially!!
Ah......the joys of stock-market investing!!!

It's worth asking the question twice though :)Over the past two weeks there has been a tiny trickle of sells. The problem is there are fewer buyers, so the share price inches down. LMT is very tightly held with few shares in free float. The negative of that is very little trading goes on. The positive is sharp spikes up on positive news.

Very strange that since FDA approval there has hardly been any major purchases or sales but the price has moved downwards. How can the stockmarket and especially the aim market claim to be a free market mechanism. There is no transparency and all transactions are hidden under a cloak of secrecy.

Quite true Glasswala, the t/o is so little the mms will play around with the price. Nothing has changed, just wait for the rewards!

Stay Calm and do nothing!I have been stung like this many a times in the past when the share price is worked slowly down making you think that this is/was bad investment only to sell up and get out with a loss. The shares then within a space of weeks rises above my breakeven point which would have handsomely rewarded my patience.
As Warren Buffet States the stock market is the transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient.
I have a work mate who has increased his share portfolio by 25% by doing nothing where as I have made a substantial loss jiggery pokering around.
NOT THIS TIME THOUGH AS I BELIEVE WE WILL BE WELL REWARDED LONG TERM!!!!

Peel Hunt have been controlling the price since the announcement. They clearly have a bunch of shares to sell - they are often offering them at less than a penny more than the bid price. Ocaasionally they themselves go on the bid but this appears to be in an attempt to generate some buying interest into which they can sell.

Original agreement for 2nd tranch was mid price on day before approval received - hence drop before announcement??? So say 1.82 as previous was 1.4 its a slight premium. Its waiting for news that holds it back for now - doubt any of the funders have any intention of selling. The question that interests me more is the average price paid by main institutions over many years, having stayed with it for so long they won't just settle for breakeven. IMHO.

Does anyone know how much the second tranche payment will be priced at?? Maybe it is the pricing of these and the additional shares it will entail that is holding the price down! It will definately be at a discount to current price so the market has started/already factored this in and hence the drop in share price from the recent highs of about £2.50

Consolidation after the spike. Same as we saw 4 months ago. Trading is very low indicating nobody is in a hurry to sell at this level. That's good.LMT is not for the impatient :)An offer could come next week or next January.

Does not look like the market shares our enthusiasm about this product as this share has hardly moved for over a week. I think that there can be no other explanation to the downtrend then a placing of new shares or somebody is disposing of a large stake.

They will now be investing heavily in USA marketing. Presumably they had everything prepared and ready to roll out on FDA approval. After that it's a steady ramp up of sales.I'm hoping LMT are talking to big pharmas about a takeover.

I believe we will have to wait for the end year report for more news. Last year end march, previous towards end of April, I do hope that as it will be a good news report we will hear sometime March. In the scheme of things that is not too long to wait.

I'm led to conclude the MMs are trying to dissuade buyers and encourage sellers. Are they trying to Hoover up shares to complete a large order?

heyho2, how very probably I feel you are right. I wouldn't sell these for all the money in circulation!

Ah that explains it, thank you! The advertised spread is a red herring, so buys are showing as sells because they're below the advertised mid-price.I hate it when they do that!

No, weirdly you can buy 10000 at 211.001p and sell 1000 at 211.3p.

Some rather odd share price movement with the spread opening up to 7points on low volume sales alone.I'm led to conclude the MMs are trying to dissuade buyers and encourage sellers. Are they trying to Hoover up shares to complete a large order?
