Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 29 October 2018 that Neil Newman-Shepherd (Group Sales Director) has, via his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP), purchased 5,012 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 409 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 October 2018.

As a result of this transaction, Neil Newman-Shepherd's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 14,312 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
