Attendance at the Company's Annual General Meeting
Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI), the leading location data verification company, and its Board wish to remind all shareholders of the British Government's rules prohibiting gatherings of more than two people from a different household. Shareholders should therefore comply with the British Government's rules by not attending the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 9.00 a.m. on 9 April 2020 (the "AGM") in person and instead appoint the Chairman as their proxy with their voting instructions. The Company is taking these precautionary measures to comply with the British Government's rules in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, to safeguard its shareholders' and employees' health and to make the AGM as safe as possible.
As an alternative, the Company is offering shareholders the option of attending the AGM via webinar. If you wish to attend the AGM via webinar, please register in advance by following this link: https://locationsciences.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_FcxDE1aTR-C7f1RJVCtkBg . After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to join.
Shareholders will not be able to vote via the webinar, so all shareholders wishing to attend on this basis must vote prior to the AGM by submitting a proxy vote by no later than 9.00 a.m. on 7 April 2020. Details of how to appoint a proxy are set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders on 16 March 2020 ("Notice of AGM") and is available from the Company's website at https://www.locationsciencesgroup.ai/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Location-Sciences-2020-AGM-Notice.pdf
The Annual General Meeting is being held to approve the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.
