yes in 2017 there was a placing and also the division sale yet by 31/12/17 accounts show they had £1.1m in bank. Quite a cash burn in less than 6 months.

Accounts showed rev of c£500k and expenses of £4.8m for 2017.

Even with LSAI stating expenses have been halved that's still over £2m a year so even if sales doubled they will run out of money in 2018.

recent RNS is positive but no numbers.

Also states 16 employees yet year end was 23 (down form 60) so they are still getting rid of employees.

So be careful with this one is my advice

RNS 1st November 2017:
Cash received from the sale of the Division £3.1M resulted in all debt being cleared plus provision of further funding for development of Location Sciences including investment into its revenue generating products.

Are you ready for the biggy placing? Totally dodgy MM activity from Peel to pump the price up. They will now be able to "justify" the discount and placing amount.

Now is a great time to sell, madness to be holding with huge dilution on the doorstep. Just look at the results. It will happen.

Whilst you can never rule out further fund raising by the Company, the below statements (from the 12 February 2018 RNS) suggest there won't be another discounted share issue. I feel the Board will certainly want to get the share price up before contemplating such a move.

Quote from the Chairman: "The Company is now in its strongest position yet, strategically, financially, operationally and in terms of its market position."

Quote from the CEO: "We are now in a much stronger financial position, with our lowest ever cost base, no debt, a much leaner, expert team and the right skill sets in place to monetise our 14 billion+ data points through partnership arrangements, generating recurring monthly revenues."

You must be right Barvin but I would go for £3m rise this time so Peel and Barclays can take a proper hit. In the end it's all about destroying shareholders value like last time and time before.

With recent ever increasing demand for location data expertise I would be really surprised if Mr Slade beg the market for another rise just to meet ends. That would equate a failure and disappointment for both investors and sector peers. New Bod consist of influential and experienced professionals and their aim is to build successfull company not a mediocre one.
