08/11/2017 12:09 | frazboy - prescient you - we'll have to ask you to post here when we need an Update! 11th December not long to wait; and before then we have the final ACUITUS sale for 2017 - 7th December I recall... | skyship
08/11/2017 11:34 | There we go, an update. Relevant parts seem to be the relatively modest discount (7.9%) on those latest 22 sales given their low average value, and that the company considers the piecemeal disposal to be complete, as outlined in the road map. Let's see what they say on December 11th. | frazboy
07/11/2017 11:43 | I've not been watching closely but I had assumed they were trying to sell off the remaining properties as a whole - anyone know anything? | frazboy
07/11/2017 11:28 | It's all gone very quiet | badtime
25/10/2017 14:11 | Not surprisingly. DS appears to think his own shares are better value than these even at 31p. | gfrae
17/10/2017 11:22 | That looks pretty respectable and the share price share price moving up too Thalssa have been busy elsewhere Maybe they are raising the necessary | hillofwad
17/10/2017 11:19 | Our one property in the Allsop auction, Downham Market, went for 465k v 425-450 guide. We also had one in the Pugh auction today, but it was sold prior. | tiltonboy
29/9/2017 11:38 | Tilts Thinking of heading back in!!! | hillofwad
29/9/2017 10:41 | hills, I think they have recognised a softening in the auction rooms, and are probably concentrating on private treaty sales. Perhaps they are also looking at asset management initiatives, re-gearing leases, sales to occupiers etc that you have been suggesting over the last year. I also think that selling blocks of properties may make sense. | tiltonboy
29/9/2017 08:14 | Downham Market now that's a town that brings back memories... Nobody mention Swaffham! | cockerhoop
29/9/2017 06:35 | Tilts Why do you think they have held back on this one Maybe there is something in the offing? could someone be taking a big chunk out? | hillofwad

22/9/2017 05:25 | I think Grahame Whateley got the better half of that bargain | hillofwad
14/9/2017 10:19 | Bearing in mind they bought the majority of their holding at 34p you'd like to think so wouldn't you, but never quite sure with Duncan! | cockerhoop
14/9/2017 10:00 | Yes, they must presumably expect something greater than 10% return from here to make it worth their while. | redhill9
14/9/2017 08:00 | Thalassa mopping-up the loose stock! | tiltonboy
06/9/2017 16:43 | Moved ahead slightly after what looks like a 100K purchase @ 31p today | skyship
02/8/2017 13:50 | Skyship Not really they might as well take it over and strip out all the admin fees of managing the portfolio ,the cost of West end offices and do it in house I think they can handle quite easily sending emails to Allsops,.Actius and Pugh every month without too much cost Could be good news I suspect if they offered 35p they would get a majority I knew Grahame Whateley would come out of this with the biggest prize | hillofwad
31/7/2017 12:52 | Indeed, picked up 400k @ c31.5p. Very strange - but has to be viewed as a positive. | skyship
