frazboy - prescient you - we'll have to ask you to post here when we need an Update!

11th December not long to wait; and before then we have the final ACUITUS sale for 2017 - 7th December I recall...

There we go, an update. Relevant parts seem to be the relatively modest discount (7.9%) on those latest 22 sales given their low average value, and that the company considers the piecemeal disposal to be complete, as outlined in the road map.

Let's see what they say on December 11th.

I've not been watching closely but I had assumed they were trying to sell off the remaining properties as a whole - anyone know anything?

Not surprisingly. DS appears to think his own shares are better value than these even at 31p.

Our one property in the Allsop auction, Downham Market, went for 465k v 425-450 guide.

We also had one in the Pugh auction today, but it was sold prior.

hills,

I think they have recognised a softening in the auction rooms, and are probably concentrating on private treaty sales. Perhaps they are also looking at asset management initiatives, re-gearing leases, sales to occupiers etc that you have been suggesting over the last year.

I also think that selling blocks of properties may make sense.

Bearing in mind they bought the majority of their holding at 34p you'd like to think so wouldn't you, but never quite sure with Duncan!

Yes, they must presumably expect something greater than 10% return from here to make it worth their while.

Not really they might as well take it over and strip out all the admin fees of managing the portfolio ,the cost of West end offices and do it in house

I think they can handle quite easily sending emails to Allsops,.Actius and Pugh every month without too much cost

Could be good news I suspect if they offered 35p they would get a majority

I knew Grahame Whateley would come out of this with the biggest prize

Indeed, picked up 400k @ c31.5p. Very strange - but has to be viewed as a positive.
