Yes David, good news. With regard to shareholders, it appears that we are almost exclusively held by institutions & directors - PI's would appear to have a minuscule interest. Is this replicated in other holdings you hold & what in your opinion is the upside & indeed downside to this arrangement?spud

Good news...adding to our geographic footprint and blending together the technology on offer.

I see that Blackrock have added another 900k shares and moved over 10% which is a very positive shareholder statement.

Indeed - and it's for both Q-Bot and Q-Smart too, which is good to see.

must be a very large theme park in turkey (see new contract announcement above), as the one park will make a material addition to revenue / profits and therefore warrants a UKREG as opposed to a RNSNON.

Haven't heard a mention of it since various statements in December 2012. I put everything in a SIPP or ISA. However this might be worth investing outside this given the current price.

If PI's have been selling to avoid CGT the they cannot buy back in for 30 days (as I understand the rules) without still incurring CGT. Not all will have sold today, so expect the share price to move up again over the next 30 days. This hypothesis depends on the numbers of PI's who have done this and I have no idea how many this might be. Ask me in a month and if the share price has rocketed again, then it was obvious - or it could be any other of a number of reasons. This is the joy of stock picking - thinking you know what moves a market, when in fact you don't. Quite a pointless post really!

Really like this company and there has been a decent correction although the PE is still over 40 with only a 16% growth in PBT. Seems expensive, even taking into consideration the projected growth.

However sometimes the markets just values decent growth companies like this high and they keep going up. Tempted to buy if it falls a little more as you could anticipate more and more great contract wins being announced over the year.

NB1979 - On any stock that's risen this strongly, some investors will be sitting on a profit big enough to take them into CGT liability when eventually selling. Some might choose to utilise their current year's CGT-free allowance by selling a portion of their holding this tax year (ie, on or before tomorrow), rather than risk finding themselves selling a larger quantity in one lot against next year's alowance.
