You may have a point but it depends on how you define 'left' and 'liberal'. I tend not to make much distinction. Maybe I should. Would you for example categorise Linekar as 'liberal' or 'left'

Most of the adult population has been vaccinated for something, what makes you think the covid jab is going to be worse than others?

The yellow card is self reporting, why do you trust that? Plenty of antivaxxers can just make that up and report fake symptoms.


Some months ago elbee said that once you have the second jab you will be in trouble and this will be soon (ie by now). However very large numbers have had two doses and there are no signs of widespread illnesses. What would it take for you to realise you were mistaken.

Conservative, to go from conservative to Liberal would be a backwards step. The BBC is full of gullible aspirational youngsters drawn from the four corners of the UK to London desperate to become part of the Liberal elite so it has very limited appeal for those outside of this demographic.

scruff, totally agree with you that this government is authoritarian verging on totalitarian, and they have been using COVID as an excuse.

Equally disgusting is the opposition that hasn't opposed a damn thing.

Equally contemptible are those Conservative MPs who are not members of the government but still won't even question what the government is getting up to.

The cause of liberty is represented in Parliament ONLY by some 80 or 100 independent-minded Conservative MPs such as Graham Brady, and there's not enough of them to do much good.

The "left" label is a con used by the right wing.
In fact BBC part of the urban LIBERAL ELITE.
The Liberal Elite can be left or right (just as many Con voters as Lab voters).

However the right wing have been quick to label the Liberal Elite as "Labour" because there is a political advantage in calling your opponents "The Liberal Elite".
