LONDRES (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'action Lloyds (LLOY.LN) gagne 1,7% mercredi, à 69 pence, après l'annonce d'un programme de rachats d'actions de 1 milliard de livres sterling (1,14 milliard d'euros), bien que le bénéfice avant impôt du groupe bancaire se soit révélé inférieur aux attentes. Interactive Investor souligne que la plupart des principaux paramètres se sont fortement améliorés. "Le coussin de fonds propres est totalement approprié et le programme de rachats d'actions est positif", indique Richard Hunter, d'Interactive Investor. "Il ne reste plus à Lloyds qu'à dégager un rendement du dividende de 4% (il est attendu à 6,6%) pour peut-être revenir à la période glorieuse où le titre était un actif essentiel du portefeuille des investisseurs en raison de son dividende stable et généreux".
