I have been to Germany many, many times, France also, and I like both countries. I just want them to run their countries and leave us to run ours.

Net - Possibly end of month sell off, unless someone else has better reason for the drop.

CP - "They're starting to feel that cold sweat running down their spine G2. They know things aren't going their way ....they shouldn't have listened to the likes of Blair and Major."

So true, they thought we'd be a walkover: Heath and a bunch of public school beat-me-until-I-come types followed by here's-the-money-May...I mean, who wouldn't think it'd be dead easy?

You have to have some sympathy for the EU - they're in completely uncharted territory. In the past, if a bribe hasn't worked then threats have done the trick. But now they are dealing with a free people whose freedoms date back long before the EU's ridiculous human rights, a free people who have finally had enough. And the EU have no idea how to handle it.

I have and yes, am fully aware.
That's why I went straight to a half face mask with a P3/P100 filter and avoided the surgical/homemade masks with a bargepole :)

And this was in January!!!

Hard to believe they will let this deal fail over a few fish.
Other issues can be sorted.

Markets beginning look shaky after a bullish run, a huge rise in November.
But things in the economy are grim, too much debt, rising employment, civil unrest.

Deal or no deal, we are in for a rough ride.

All of a sudden, a safe deposit at almost zero interest rates is beginning to look like the smartest move.
Pity we have a bungling Churchillian Prime Minister.
Winston was an economic illiterate as well.
Clinging a strong pound resulted in World economies crashing leading to Adolf.
Winston was always prepared to sacrifice the young for glory.

I predict a poor December.

Barnier is the puppet, not the puppeteer.
He answers to a higher authority.

The council of ministers will instruct him to strike a deal.
The head of the Eu., she is German, will be pulling the strings.

Merkel getting impatient, ah what a shame....but then all she has to do is lift her jackboot off our windpipe and let us be free.
She still doesn't get it we're not in their mafia club anymore.

Geck, if you've ever worked in an environment where Masks were required, I'm sure you'll know there are masks and users, then there are effective Masks and trained users.

Main difference being a face covering in the hands of someone that's no idea about side breathing, adequate Filtration and correct maintenance is more dangerous than no mask at all because the wearer will think they're safe and take more risks.
