Most odd the difference between the sale proceeds and the mortgage on the property is HUGE and yet the share price remains firm

Just bought a small chunk.... I see the company has been repurchasing lots lately... Always nice to see....As opposed to the frequent share issues I have encountered in many other shares!

Wow.....at last.....welcome fozzyb. I thought I was the only one here over the past two years or so. Any idea what's Noam's holding is at present, and what price are we likely to get if it gets taken private I wonder. The company has been buying back its own shares recently. I got stuck with this from the EOL days, and still waiting.........Any more holders out there ??

Still here, still below Nav. Market IMO doesn't like the opacity of this companies activities nor the majority share holding. I fear its inevitable it will be taken private eventually one Noam has 75%

Its been over two years, and no one wants to say anything. Am I the only shareholder here. The company is buying its own shares above the market price, isn't that supposed to be good, or am I wrong?

Any other shareholders of this stock out there ?? no one wants to say something about the interim dividend announced today and to be paid on 27.2.14. Its better than nothing I suppose !!!!!

God Knows, I still have a long way to go before it gets to my purchase price of 135p many years ago, when it used to be EOL. Lets hope it wont be too long !!!!!
