Where do I see this going/MCAP Focusing on core business without spinoffs I can make a guestimate at revenues and margins but I will go on the lower side as I think it will be easier to keep expectations lower, also NOT COUNTING for permanent events etc. 60 EVENTS THIS YEAR average revenues per event in the region of 200k between licence fee, revenue sharing and merchandising, will stick to 60 events too even do growing to allow for a lower average revenue but more events, I think margins will be high as we are just providers so I would say 70% would be a fair figure. 60* 200K * 70% = 8.40M * PE 12 SHOULD GIVE US A MCAP OF BETWEEN 90- 100m IN YEAR 1 OR £1.66 - £1.85 YEAR 2 – 80 *200K *70% = 11.2M PE 12 = MCAP – 134M = £2.48 PER SHARE YEAR 3 - 100 *200K *70% = 14M PE 12 = MCAP – 168M = £3.11 THIS IS A PREDICTION BUT LEAVING LOTS OF OTHER STREAMS OF POSSIBLE REVENUE OUT SHOULD BE A BASIC GUIDE OF WHATS EXPECTED HERE. THINK CEO MUST BE LOOKING AT 200M MCAP COMPANY. Having spoken to several professionals in the industry it seems my multiple factor is too low, so for even more confidence in my numbers I will adjust numbers downwards and increase the multiple factor to media/event standard which is 20-25. But I think events will grow quicker. YEAR 1 - 60 events *100k revenues *70% margin = 4.2m *PE 20 = MCAP 84-90m or £1.55 - £1.66 per share YEAR2 - 100 EVENTS *100K *70% = 7M *20 = 140m MCAP OR £2.59 PER SHARE YEAR 3 – 120 EVENTS *100K *70% = 8.4M *20 = 168M MCAP OR £3.11 PER SHARE Plenty of ways of looking at this most of them give us a MCAP that is well undervalued from here and the only way is up, I would imagine that david is building this with a plan to sell, usually rapid build in the 3 years plus projects in year 4 will give us a MCAP near 200m or £4 a share.

Reasons to Invest – * Revenue generating company, yet to be reveal but sources saying will be very positive * Focused strategy and route to market, planned expansion and growth strategy * Very small FF, director holding 51%, real value coming and gearing long term for possible asset sale * Excellent BOD and shareholder list * Worldwide focus, already building a strong brand within a huge brand (coat tailing) * Links to one of the world’s biggest brands LEGO * 60 events already confirmed, more being worked on * looking to open 100 cafes in china, just the start of spin off ideas * China will open a second permanent BRICKLIVE centre * Following the signing of its first two centres in China, LVCG is planning to debut up to a further three later this year and then five more each year thereafter. * Following LVCG's successful show in New York in February 2018, the Company has decided, to launch the BRICKLIVE brand across the US, another huge market

REVENUES – Yet to be revealed, as in early stages of licenses and hence can’t comment on specific license agreements as it is sensitive info as there may be a big differential in what Switzerland pay compared to Thailand for obvious reasons. So I think we will see a roundup of sales and revenues rather than individual figures. But from early info and rough estimates I would say we are looking at a very profitable arrangement with limited event costs coming our way as it’s a licence fee, so therefore it’s a more straight line profit arrangement for us, so expecting conversation to be high on these events. Our income streams are as follows - Income comes from licence fees, revenue sharing and merchandising. Licences are usually granted for four to five years, contain strict non-compete clauses and specify what content is to be provided. For example, the group has just entered into a six-year contract with Universal Entretenimento e Produçõ;es (UEP) in Brazil. UEP will organise, promote and stage each BRICKLIVE event, while Live Company subsidiary Bricklive International will source and provide content for the events. Visitors pay an entrance fee for these events; in the UK it is £20 standard or £35 VIP, from which there is a sharing percentage of up to 10 per cent. All merchandising rights are retained by Live Company Group. Sponsorship agreements would also be key and spinoff ideas already looking like generating more revenue streams i.e. bricklive cafes, bricklive kids and permanent events.

Superbrand 2018 consumer top 20 – LEGO ranked number 1 brand in the UK and in the top 10 worldwide (number 1 worldwide in 2017) above apple, coke, Disney, so to be building a global brand and event on the coat tails of one of the biggest brands in the world is fantastic. The ability to use the word LEGO is an instant approval stamp on these events. Many times copied never equaled gives LVCG a huge market to play with as the link company LEGO will propel and drive bricklives ability to be a global brand and event company. The event calendar is growing quickly and expectations is we will see more event licenses coming soon, also links to key event sponsors. Word on the vine says we will see an increased news flow from the company in the coming months as the business is in a stage of progression and growth. The CEO is rushed off his his feet – his words not mine, so expecting to see more deals and announcements coming. LVCG is launching shows globally. The recent acquisition is set to fuel expansion of BRICKLIVE across Europe, the Far East and South America. BRICKLIVE events have received widespread acclaim as a leading network of partner-driven shows designed to showcase the benefits of LEGO® as an educational tool worldwide.

BRICKLIVE's licensed partner for Argentina, EXIM ENT, has attracted new sponsors for the Buenos Aires show including Banco Macro, one of the largest banks in Argentina. EXIM ENT is BRICKLIVE's licensed partner for countries in LATAM including Argentina, Uruguay and Mexico, operating on a license fee and working closely with the regional and international Brick Live Group team. Another RNS THE NEWSFLOW KEEPS COMING,we have had great updates all that's missing at the moment is numbers but if we had number we wouldn't be here

Share price and holders list – MCAP – 18.8M, SHARES IN ISSUE – 53.8M, 52 WEEK LOW 31P, 52 WEEK HIGH 52.5(spike 95p). We have had 2 placings at market price of 35p (NO DISCOUNT) per share, last one all gone to Miton Group plc. Listing price initial offer was at 30p, but again most into investors or directors. Ability to place without discounting is a good sign in current environment, also underpins price with more institutions. Revenue generating but growth strategy lead placings are positive to investors esp at no discount. Shareholders list - hxxp://livecompanygroup.com/significant-shareholders.html So 87.9% in tight grip, including CEO with 51% impressive holding, FF 12.1% 6.3m shares or £2.23M cash eqv, assuming another 5% is in investors not traders hands which is a good call with this one could mean 7% FF 3.71m shares or £1.3m cash eqv. With regard to this assumption I know several PI holders who have between 30-50k invested, also know some who have dual accounts one long and one trading account, so think the assumption is correct with regard to lower %. Hence increased news flow and positive figures will see volume on a very tight stock position. So we could see large movements and bigger jumps to next holding levels, positive for both investors and traders which will in the long run increase volume and sentiment.

11904 badly needs a new broker or quick course in common sense in splitting trades or buying the NMS first at lower prices. Can be expensive in this market
