Update re BRICKLIVE Super Series and South Africa JV

Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is pleased to provide the following update in respect of its recent Super Series of events and its new South African joint venture.

BRICKLIVE Super Series

The Group is pleased to announces that its BRICKLIVE Super Series of events held across Europe from mid-September to early November have been well received, with nearly 85,000 visitors having attended the events. The six events took place in Liverpool (UK), Brussels (Belgium), Geneva (Switzerland); Toulouse (France) and Birmingham (UK), with the BRICKLIVE Brickosaurs event in Cologne (Germany) still running until early January 2020.

The Group's flagship BRICKLIVE event, held at the NEC in Birmingham between 31 October and 3 November 2019, sponsored by Nick Jnr., was well received and attracted around 20,000 visitors.

The number of BRICKLIVE events that have occurred, or will occur in 2019 has to-date risen to 70 and is expected to increase before the end of the year, which the Board believes demonstrates the demand and popularity of the BRICKLIVE brand.

BRICKLIVE Joint Venture, South Africa

The Group is also pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BRICK LIVE International Limited ("BLI") has signed a joint venture agreement with WORLDSPORT (PTY) Limited ("WSL"), a company incorporated in South Africa, to create BRICKLIVE (South Africa) Limited (the "Joint Venture"). The Joint Venture will be owed 50.1% by the Company and 49.9% by WSL.

WSL is a leading event organiser based in South Africa, organising, managing and marketing Sporting and Lifestyle events.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Joint Venture will stage and promote BRICKLIVE Shows and identify customers for the BRICKLIVE corporate builds and customer sets in South Africa. Pursuant to the agreement, BLI will provide the Joint Venture with content and WSL will promote and organise the shows and tours. The Group expect the first BRICKLIVE Show to occur in Cape Town in the first half of 2020.

David Ciclitira, Chairman said: "The BRICKLIVE Super Series has been very successful and we are already planning for next year's Super Series. The success of the Super Series owes a great deal to the amazing BRICKLIVE team, who tirelessly worked towards the success of these events. If I look back to the same period two years ago, BRICKLIVE had only one event. To already have hit 70 events this year demonstrates the tremendous demand for the BRICKLIVE brand, which I fully expect to grow year on year.

We are also delighted to be working with WSL to bring BRICKLIVE to South Africa in 2020, which represents another new territory for the Group. Establishing partnerships in the southern hemisphere will enable the Group to maximise the utilisation of our assets during the European winter months. We are continually developing relationships to expand the BRICKLIVE brand globally."
