So from what I can tell, LME made an initial investment into Chronix for $600K for a 0.72% stake, together with a $100K loan note.The loan note will be repaid in full following the takeover of Chronix.The total value of the acquisition could rise to $18M, providing milestones are achieved.That would value LME's stake of 0.72% at $130K max.So it appears LME's investment has reduced from $600K to a maximum return of $130K, a loss of $470K.Lets hope other investments are performing far better.
