Chinese can't get their product into UK or EU. CC would have to be classed as a related party takeover if CC entered into a formal process and then they would have to pay a minimum of the highest sp in the last 12 months.

They need to reinvest revenues and profit into the company to increase sales. Sure, that reinvestment shows up as a loss for the first half, but with that investment it will improve sales further and they can build on their partnership with Apple, Honeywell, EON etc. Note they are big names and do not have an offering anything like LWRF in the smart home market, which may make a takeover by anyone of them an interesting proposition. The smart home market is big enough for them to be interested in Lightwave.
brownnie69 - Turnover is vanity profit is sanity - and they are a very long way (if ever again) from making a profit I regret to suggest. 1) The directors draw far to much for failure. 2) Private Investors get repeatedly diluted. 3) Margins dropping. 4) Failed to deliver new products repeatedly. 5) Competitors new produces coming to market. 6) Further funding on the cards as burn rate continues. Need I go on, as sinkyj has already pointed out some other issues. A takeover is the only good outcome imo.
