14/7/2017 14:48 | The board, excluding the Committed capital non exec representative, only control a little over 8%. It depends what the major shareholders think the future prospects for share growth are. 20 million is about 50p. A lot of theirs was put in at 13p. 4 x Seems a fair return. | sinkyj

13/7/2017 12:49 | A very big if, I think Amazon would more likely acquire somebody with a more global footprint. I know one that has been talked about but the deal would be in the high hundreds millions of dollars. That's why I think some sort of exclusive is the best we can hope for. Still huge. For acquisitions i'd look closer to home, Hive have been mentioned, I think that's a outside shot knowing what they were tendering for a year or two ago. My favourite would be via ERA, owned by . A very acquisitive company, bought Response a smallish UK company recently, already distributing LWRF, and several others this year. I'm sure the products will look good, the Industrial designer is a great talent. Reliable is down to testing and precision of the LW team. Much hard work to do. The other danger is the pricing could take the items too far away from the average consumer. A phone you need one of, light switches and sockets you need many. Whoever would buy cutting one of the mouths in the chain to the end user would help the products sell. | sinkyj
13/7/2017 11:14 | If....and I realise it's a big IF.....I think Amazon could be our suitor.I just hope the new generation of products are as aesthetically pleasing as the last, as well as being reliable. | gozo
13/7/2017 10:25 | Excellent timing. As I said previously, the Apple news may not be over. Apple are a retailer, they are a large advertiser who frequently promote third party products. They are also in an arms race with Amazon, Google, Microsoft and now Samsung to claim the home assistant spot. Part of that is about the content they can use but part will be about what other features they can provide the home owner. Samsung have Smartthings, Google have Nest. Amazon and Apple?? Apple and Amazon are not looking like they will aquire, but who knows. It could certainly mean strong promotional ties at the very least, especially leading upto iPhone 8 and Christmas. Maybe some sort of exclusive deal for the prerequisite order. Just need to get the products launched in time without serious issues. | sinkyj
13/7/2017 07:22 | Great timing for any Apple approved products. hxxps://techcrunch.c | bentley43
11/7/2017 14:18 | Take a look at @LightwaveRF_CEO's Tweet: https://twitter.com/ | nar1
10/7/2017 12:05 | Agreed and the fact they will have a full array of Apple compatibility products this year in the IOT space makes the market cap extremely cheap. | bentley43 |
