Once the profit takers from the rights issue are finished top slicing (which must be almost done and dusted by now), I expect we will move very fast on the next expected positive bit of news - be it a large order or news of a deal with a major utility company, would really make it rocket imo - or could it be the Apple news - which would be big news for the PR machine.

Yes, I think the 40k must be me. I've now been confirmed at a total fill of 40k at 25.5p.

ilovtrading. I'm relatively new to this company and my initial tranche of 50k were bought at 18p, so overall I'm quite happy with my average. I'd also buy more into any weakness.

The trades to this time seem to indicate that a large overall purchase order made up of numerous small trades maybe being worked upon for an institution.

I assume that 40k at 25.5p was brownie69`s batch.

Brownie69 i totally agree with you mate, but why didnt jump in when we dipped?, surely you could have got a better price, if this price holds till after 12 we should see it go higher.

I doubt you will have years to wait browine69 for them to look cheap - within days or weeks I expect. Your 20k @ 25.5p not showing yet I see.

Had to pay up and have got 20k at 25.5p. These will prove to be very cheap shares in years to come I'm sure. Hoping to get the final 20k to round me off at 100k shares.

Genisis; No I was correct. I had bought 50,000 in the morning of 26th May and was still trying to buy more at a 20p limit (which put me on the bid).

Got another 10k shares on Friday and thus I'm back in the market today bidding to buy the last 40k shares I need to get me to 100,000 which was my original objective.

In the period ahead, we intend to take the following key steps:

-- Expand voice control capability, building on our recent positive momentum with Amazon Alexa and now Google Assistant for the new Google Home hands-free smart speaker.

-- Continue to broaden and deepen our channels to market, including an expansion of our direct sales capability, which will see our products available via our own web site.

-- Expand our data management efforts and build on the work we have already undertaken to offer our customers dashboards that show their energy usage and other smart home data.

-- Add SMEs and other light industry commercial customers where we see good product fit, using a small but growing range of delivery partners.

It is usually good to see directors buying after GOOD news ...near all time highs. Sure it was only 15K but its a start. Here there was no pressure on the directors; they just wanted to buy.

Yes good to see. Could of bought more though, but hopefully we will see further purchases. Anything up to 50p is a start. If we can break 50p then we will start to see potential being recognised but it has to be backed up with results.

LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), has been informed that on 26 May 2017 Andrew Pearson, CEO, purchased 35,569 shares in the Company, each at a price of 21.5 pence per share. On the same date, Barry Gamble, Chairman, purchased 37,500 shares in the Company, each at a price of 21.9 pence per share.



Following the market purchases Mr Pearson's and Mr Gamble's holdings in the Company are 35,569 and 892,166 ordinary shares respectively.
