13/1/2015 09:55 | Well said hef | napdphil
13/1/2015 09:53 | Diablo - the unknown here is the time and costs involved in delisting, settling of outstanding debts - if it were me I would take whats available now (3.67) and move on. But then I rarely get it right! | heffermj
13/1/2015 09:37 | What's the maths ?Does it equate to 4p a share ? | diablo1967
13/1/2015 09:37 | Large volumes are being hovered up at 3.67 If it's the company, fair enough. Leyshon has not changed its spots in quite a while and there are no new lessons, I just seem to need to keep learning them. GLA. | colonel a
13/1/2015 09:24 | Hope atherley is ashamed | napdphil
13/1/2015 09:13 | Thought I did the right thing getting out @ 2.5p last week but I'm not feeling so smart this morning. Still at least I have the small amount of cash to try elsewhere (but then I would have had rather more if I had waited until today) An unmitigated disaster overall.. | heffermj
13/1/2015 09:07 | AIM O&G index fell 40% in 2014. | rcturner2
13/1/2015 09:03 | A poster on the Soco International board has given the fall in the share price of various oil companies over the last 5 years : Premier 53%; Tullow 70 %; Salamander 75% ; Afren 60 %; Cairn 59% ; BG 30 %; BP 35 %; Bowleven 67% ; Northern Petroleum 92 %. At the end of 2009 Leyshon Resources share price was around 8.5p but in the last 5 years it peaked at 25p and was considerable higher than 8.5 p for long periods. Those complaining about the board should perhaps examine their own investment strategies. | rvsy38
13/1/2015 08:45 | Well I bailed out entirely this AM as I'm not sure I even believe 4p is coming. Maybe I'm just paranoid after 3-4 years of continued BS from AIM. Good luck to those buying for the 4.1p figure return. | nick rubens
13/1/2015 08:41 | Nice little arbitrage for the patient investor at 4p or less | propunter23red
13/1/2015 08:27 | Good morning Pro. I wonder if Tom will feature it :) ps No news on LRL and I believe that will be forced to de list shortly ? | beaujolly

14/12/2014 16:25 | Useless i have lost money in the past and made it back might be time to cut your losses here and move on. The time wages and transaction costs holders will only get back 2p ish. . don't make the error Socktrade1 made going in ser | howie26
14/12/2014 15:47 | Don't know what to do here. Am sat on a big loss. Tempted not to do anything and just wait and see what happens as I've done with LRL. I can't see Atherley retiring so may just hang onto his coat tails! | useless23
14/12/2014 14:54 | i dont see money being returned this year. the earliest will be in end of Jan 15. They have been saying to return money/buy back since many months ago and nothing happen. and now just another two weeks before christmas. holiday season, nothing will happen. but expect mid jan onwards we will get updates on exactly how much we will get in cash, especially i dont think they will return the whole cash. they have no choice but to keep part of it for admin expenses unless of course if they wound down the company! hence will drift lower and hence chunky sells going on last friday ... | nash81
14/12/2014 12:29 | I have made more money in football betting than I will ever do trading stocks. Why? Because I have a statistical edge. | useless23
14/12/2014 09:06 | Socktrade1. Greed got the better of you im affraid | howie26
13/12/2014 07:15 | sock we have all been hit hard in the last year, if it makes you feel better I lost 60% of my portfolio on TRP and GKP within one month and having narrowly missed the recent crash here invested in BOR which has since crashed along with my IGAS holding into which I thought was a steal selling at 150 and buying back at 90. The only aim stock I have holding value is CLNR (a share most of you who are interested in unconventionals should know). I'm down 50% on aim this year. That's only £4000 though, only gamble what you can afford to lose and soundly invest long term what you cannot as RCT says. | wordog |
