17/11/2014 12:22 | 17/11 and no news! I guess, no chance with is one! Amazing! I do not think I have invested in a worst, at least, operationally o&g co! | pro_better
17/11/2014 07:51 | Has anyone else noticed that btn 7.30 to 8am nearly every morning, the 'ask' is increased? | useless23
16/11/2014 08:26 | CLNR is the only thing in my portfolio that has done anything of note since leaving this PoS. Worth a look for those interested in unconventionals, they have offshore UCG and conventional North sea licences and a tiny mcap. DYOR etc. | wordog
15/11/2014 13:06 | ptv was a good one 100% profit in less than 24 hours, cant complain on that one | socktrade1
15/11/2014 13:05 | Sold a couple of grand here... put into PTV and made a 100% profit ,also in WSG up about 20% , in HUR, down about 1% in tpet up about 15% not bad... dont think i will sell all my len shares.. to put into these.. just solf a £2k worth and spread them across those companies.. len will come good, if we good an acquisition deal then it will more than double imo... we will probably see 10p plus.. its just a case of when. | socktrade1
12/11/2014 13:00 | socktrade, the basic question you should ask is, what annual return are you trying to achieve? Remember that Warren Buffet has managed "only" 20% a year on average. Too many small time investors think they should be doubling their money every year, but none of them are. Set your sights realistically lower and buy diverse shares that can achieve the lower figure. I actually aim at a 5% annual return and am very happy when it is over 10%. I managed 30% last year and 15% so far this year. Since this is all tax free and is way better than a bank account, I am very happy. | rcturner2
12/11/2014 11:39 | well, if they come up with super good news from Z7 then imo share price can easily double from current levels....which in turn means the delay of the testing results is due to the fact that they are building up gas pressure... | pro_better
12/11/2014 07:39 | If it werent for the cash balance you wouldn't see me for dust, but eventually the share price will rise its just a question of when. | mpclag
11/11/2014 22:37 | They had to drill and test a minimum of 7 wells as part of the original PSC agreement. They are not obligated to drill and test an 8th. | wordog
11/11/2014 21:54 | Oh well let's talk about our PA, 15p short term target? What exactly did he saw? Gas coming out of the these wells? Hee heeeee..... | nick297
11/11/2014 18:17 | Stig, I had the same thought once upon a time however if the chinese did that then all such foreign investment would cease leaving the chinese in a tricky position. | useless23
11/11/2014 15:25 | Chinese aren't stupid get the stupid foreigners to invest for the exploration and then force them out one way or another and reap the benefits its a one way bet for them | the stigologist
11/11/2014 14:46 | i personally have written off Zijinshan asset...if the company were serious about proceeding further with the exploration then we would have seen more action on the ground and frequent newsflow coming on... IMO the co just buy time until they find a new asset to offset the bad news with good news... 2 and half years passed by with only 3 wells being drilled and tested... newbie o&g company with low operational success, low IR with mixed and not clear RNSs, overspending (c.$20m!) on 3 'cheap' wells to drill and test...says it all really...hence mcap is half the cash in the bank! no positive sentiment in the market about this company--->no interest!. bottom drawer for the long veterans this one... | pro_better
11/11/2014 08:03 | I don't think there will be any cash left to distribute, PA is more or less quite shameless and will recover his personal losses through salary and huge bonuses. In the past 2-3 years his target price has been revised from 2pound, 1 pound , 15p and perhaps 5p now before settling at zero. | nick297
10/11/2014 23:04 | He also said 2 pounds a couple of years ago. Problem is nothing is being said now, all news is late!! Special resolution needed for capital distribution, its a disgrace we are at 55% of cash backing! | propunter23red |
