And this doesn't include the massive OPL 310 which was the big Afren asset. This is vastly undervalued . Heading towards 10,000 BOPD without the massive OPL 310 being on stream yet.If ever a share was under the radar and under valued its this one. Chairman stated in results they were doing 5000 barrels and target was 10,000 by year end. Well done LEK

PMO: Potential Sale of Wytch Farm interests

22 August 2017
Premier notes today's media speculation and confirms that it has reached agreement with a third party for the disposal of its entire 33.8% interest in the Wytch Farm field. The proposed consideration is $200 million and Premier will also expect to release letters of credit, amounting to approximately $75 million, held in connection with future field abandonment liabilities. Wytch Farm production to 30 June, net to Premier's pro forma 33.8% interest was 5.0 kboepd.

This is what LEK produces everyday and still LEK is valued at less than $80 millions, lol.

I will be incline to take some profit at 19p and let the rest run to 20/22p.
The good thing about LEK is that these big buys are from a medium size investment company. Which means that these shares will NOT end up back on the market before a while. Not like these trades on HUR, PVR, HNR and all the rest...

Application for Ministerial Consent has since been submitted to the Department of Petroleum Resources. Sources close to the transaction revealed thatDPR has begun the due process of considering the application for Ministerial consent for the 22.86% participating interest.
