17/10/2016 06:04 | I have had 2 opportunities: 20.50p, didn't take. Then 19.50p became available, I did take it this time. Sold the lot on Friday with a good 7% profit. Now my logic is that if MMs did make 19.50p available it was for a reason. Signal, it's called. So, as we saw it, millions of share were bought at 16.50p up to 18p. These share are still hanging above our head. Will these be sold on the cheap. Pure guess but this is how my logic operates. BUY: INL, MXO, VAST | alamaison5
16/10/2016 22:41 | AlaI think you are wishing 19.5p or lower because you do not want to be buying back higher ...But let's see the strike price.Maybe go lower initially before higher after placing. | jailbird
16/10/2016 13:16 | 21p placing in morning guys production rns within 2 weeks will be trading back to highs then thats my prediction | toolsmoker
16/10/2016 04:47 | Looking at the pics a reckon they need another 3 weeks before production. | alamaison5
16/10/2016 04:44 | Placing at 19.50p, if you lucky. Sold the lot on Friday. | alamaison5
15/10/2016 17:36 | Cannot remember how in issue ? | jailbird
15/10/2016 17:29 | Well this news has been known about with inner circles ... yet the price has behaved unlike you would to when a placing is coming.... it has risen .. so the book building process may mean the placing strike price may be in the 20p range.. approx 50m share dilution I reckon | jailbird
15/10/2016 17:13 | It really is the low of the low releasing such an RNS after hours on a Friday. This conpany absolutely stinks. | ngms27
15/10/2016 16:36 | Expect rns first thing Monday with price, and probably at slight premium. That's been the case for every placing in the past, if you look back. As is a sharp rise in shareprice beforehand which we have also seen. Something stinky with lek and also otakikpo so that's why I'm currently out. | flirker
15/10/2016 14:13 | I was invested here a few years ago and noticed they had the habit of releasing placing of shares news after trading hours had closed. | tiltedtrader
15/10/2016 14:12 | Updated 'Otakikpo First Oil UPDATE' photos now available on company website. Start of production very close now imho. Dyor. coxsmn | coxsmn
15/10/2016 13:55 | Cox, it's an excuse. The amount to be raised is a significant amount. They excuses are shocking. The depreciation against the dollar is circa 10%. This is a big dilution, unless they release news before the date of placing and hike the share price | craig t2
15/10/2016 11:34 | The placing is sensible to shore up cash reserves and puts the company on a stronger footing. This could also help accelerate remaining work. Weather conditions in the region haven't been favourable and forecast is for storms throughout October. Dyor. coxsmn | coxsmn
15/10/2016 03:39 | Is. not it. | craig t2
15/10/2016 03:38 | The news IT know, however they keep moving the production times. | craig t2
14/10/2016 21:31 | Book building vs fixed priceThe main difference between the book building method and the fixed price method is that in the former, the issue price is not decided initially. The investors have to bid for the shares within the price range given and based on the demand and supply of the shares, the issue price is fixed. On the other hand, in the fixed price method, the price is decided right at the start. Investors cannot choose the price, but must buy the shares at the price decided by the company. In the book building method, the demand is known every day during the offer period, but in fixed method, the demand is known only once the issue closes.ConclusionBoo | jailbird
14/10/2016 21:15 | The book building price will be based on demand for the shares. So to achieve a good strike price they need to have good news on the horizon. | jailbird
14/10/2016 18:39 | I told ya they were skint this aint the last placin they need to do it goin to be one of many you woz warned never invest in anything nigerian end of | fsawatcher
14/10/2016 18:34 | But it is a book building placing so the price could be as current , higher or lower . .. if the market likes their story it could better this way than say a placing at a fixed (lower ) price | jailbird
14/10/2016 18:30 | WtfJust saw this ... really poor management behaviour to release after Friday close | jailbird
14/10/2016 18:07 | Shocking behaviour, how can they burn through so much cash? | cyrilsneer1
14/10/2016 17:29 | Not happy. Sneaky move | craig t2
14/10/2016 16:38 | Back where started ... good finish to the week | jailbird |
