Looks like poor old Cliffy has had another bad turn by following davidosh in to his much loved MUBL:



Looks like more dodgy management, realeases a good announcement that sents the shareprice up, 2 days later releases another anouncement that sends the market down (and they would have known about the second piece of news, when they released the first! Scandalous, but that's AIM for you, full to the brim of crooks).

Oh well, i did follow davidosh into LOQ for a while and made some money, but Cliffy can't be too pleased?

Looks like it was all a pack of lies about ceasing trading by the 6th of Oct. Who would have thought that from LNG? Maybe Creedy decided to a temporary pay cut? Only taking 5k Euros a month instead of the current 10k+...

... and they say good men are hard to find. The man is a absolute diamond.

You'd have thought an orderly liquidation (by the fools) would get more for them than selling off Betshop to the charlatan and letting the rump be managed as an investment fund by incompetents.

yes Nicky but either they have the working captial or they don't

if there has been a material change in trading with an improvement in the financial health of LNG (are we now assuming this to be the case?) then this fact should be communicated to the market as it may affect which way shareholders vote or any further actions under consideration

In the event that the Proposals are not approved by Shareholders, the Company will have insufficient working capital to allow it to continue to trade. Accordingly, the Board have been advised that without the proceeds of the Disposal the Company will need to cease trading by no later than 6 October 2010 and they would expect to appoint administrators. In the event that the Disposal does not result in a Sale and Purchase Agreement being signed, notwithstanding the approval of Shareholders, the Company will in that situation also have insufficient working capital to allow it to continue to trade and would expect to appoint administrators.

Listen guys ... our 1% shareholding was not an investment, it was remuneration from VIP to supplement salary. I don't want to hear the 'I told you so's'; they just don't relate to our situation. But burgerbarwoman speaking at 20:22, who told you this company was going into administration? Suggest a reading of the past few days' history.

so if as you imply, Betshop are taking bets in a normal manner and making a decent profit then WHY IS THE COMPANY FACING BEING PLACED INTO ADMINISTRATION ON THE 6TH OCTOBER????

the final proof if ever you needed it
