Most likely IMO but if not a very confident investor, it pays to keep tabs on what is actually going on. It is not a fortune but if anyone of us tried that trick, buying in volume, below the ask we would be unlikely to succeed. Funny how the big boys ALWAYS get accomodated.

I watched v closely and it was clear they were filling an order, they love certainty, knowing they had a buyer they could drop it without killing their game. V clever but some of us have wised up and know how they play.

It would be nice if that 1.5m buy was a director.

I presume they would have been in a closed period prior to todays trading update, so first opportunity to average down might have been today.

LGNG held back after initial surge to allow a large buy which showed up at the close. Worth a bit of research before the market opens tomorrow. Very good RNS re funding and it looks like a v good turnaround story. I only have a few, you can't trade in volume has the elusive MB potential. IMO but do DYOR etc.

1.5m buy after hours shown up confirms the drop was to let a buyer in.

All those sells at .85p filled it and it explains why the quotes to buy were above .9p.

From the may announcement

in consideration of the Investors making the loan available to the Company, the Company has agreed to grant to the Investors an option to purchase the Car Park Contracts operated by Legion Parking Limited (the "Option"). The Option is exercisable for a period of 2 years. If the Option is exercised, the consideration for the assignment of the Car Park Contracts will be:

· £500,000 if the turnover attributable to the Car Park Contracts is £5m or more at the time of exercise of the Option; or
· £400,000 if the turnover attributable to the Car Park Contracts is less than £5m at the time of exercise of the Option;

and in either case will be payable by way of a £ for £ reduction in the amount of the loan then outstanding, with any balance payable in cash.

From todays trading statement

The Group has seen a noticeable increase in interest in its car parking
division, following a change of operational management.

important information such as admin costs and debt especially considering
you claim to be an expert in accounts and also as you now say you are not
interested in it's history but it's future ?

Not really interested in the history now it is the future I am interested in and it looks good from here. I am not going to analyse all the old accounts that do not take account of the acquisitions they are slightly irrelevant.

I just can not see why people are so preoccupied with other peoples affairs.

So what if anybody buys a share for 1 minute or ten years for a trade or an investment.

And the suggestion that novice or new investors need to be aware of such people is off the mark also. I would not expect a 'novice' investor to be looking into buying a company of this size type and stature regardless.

Watchout, we all know the risks, we all know people who we trust and dont and we are all adult enough to make our own opinion, hence why I requested you drop it and not AW!
