Share-exchange.com credits mark higgins with 12.347% of legion whereas legion states that when the debt conversion is taken into account the % is 29% .- when released the results may well cause some movement north from the derisery 2p

Another excellent prospect this one, target 4-5p this year.

only1, certainly looks that way, ticked up on next to no buying volume and a few sells in the afternoon hasn't knocked the price! Maybe that update that i am expecting in the next couple of days will be out Monday morning? Hope so ;)

a smaller spread has brought in some two way trade and a small hike up in the price dispite sellers outnumbering buyers - I feel some good news will be announced soon

apart from the last trading update their communications have not been good news for holders - I hope we have turned a corner and future news will be good - I too have today requested the results date and am avaiting a reply

Only1buster - I tried that a few weeks ago - still waiting for a reply!!!
FWIW I'm hopeful of a decent set of results but to be honest I've never been overly impressed by the companys communication.

year end 31st march so results should be out end of april - we may have a trading update before the full results

I was assuming they would be out soon but on checking previous releases can't really see a pattern.

good results and a city presentation would do wonders for legion - as long as expectations are met we should see an ever strengthening share price - when the company reaches a certain level, a top ten security firm being that level, a larger preditor may well pounce given its low market cap at present.

Hello all. This company is very interesting, it seems that expansion has created a much more significant size of company in the security industry. To be honest I didnt know much about them until I saw details on the share-exchange.com website , but now I am thinking of getting in. The share price looks very tempting. ATB

If everything has gone to plan for them and with recent aquisitions the results should read extremely well and should see us up over 3p IMHO. great time to buy in with about 2weeks to results and at least 50% profit to be had! All IMHO and DYOR. GLA
