Interesting reading potplants take last night, in that it is totally misinformed and wrong. He really has as much fiscal acumen as a garden gnome.

Hi livup967 - sorry, can't help you there on the exact date, but I know it won't be that long.

According to Zaf, IBS has a theoretical valuation of $10m, but I'll take that one with a pinch of salt until we get some proper deals from them, although yes they do have a value of some sort.

The true value will be when they start bringing in the deals, and with it the 2 or 3% commissions to LEG.

Don't forget though we have just under 12%. For the sake of round figs, let's call it 10%. IBS do a deal which is valued at NZ$30m.

Our cut is 10% (our theoretical holding). The commission is 3%. Total commission is NZ$900,000.

We own 10% (theoretical), so our cut is NZ$90,000.

That's just one deal and not a massive one at that. As I said earlier, by this time next year, we could have enough cash in the pot from IBS commissions to actually equal today's mcap of around £3.7m.

The market hasn't yet cottoned on to the potential here.

It will be forced to.

Hot and sunny down south.

Meanwhile, our hero has been busy..

Whilst the recent share price action has been mildly disappointing, it has allowed further accumulation of the stock at very much bargain prices, I have accumulated a further 4.7m over the past month or so.

My take on it here, is that we will trade in a range between 0.10-0.15p for a while., as we still have an overhang and some that took up the placing at 0.10p will probably want to annex a profit as we start to move up.

However, there is such a vast amount of positive news to come here, that eventually we will break out and move on upwards strongly.

The charts show 0.18p as the first strong resistance, so if we can break through that on a selection of good RNS's, then 0.26p is stage two.

Just looking back on what has been stated by Zaf and VS, we have a very interesting period to look forward to.

More NHS trusts taking up "The Edge 4 health". A "major" German retailer in "advanced talks" with VS about taking up the "The Edge. Further expansion and a possible float on NASDAQ.

Then there is IBS who have been scoping deals. Remember, this is a complete and simple cash cow. Our stake of just under 12% gives us a tranche of commission on each deal, and by this time next year our cash balance could be very healthy indeed.

Circle Oil Tunisia is in the pot, with a high oil price, and CfA are using their recent proceeds to take stakes in some very interesting start-up companies.

Throw in Amadeo Resources, Medgold and Bosques and the sum of the parts easily add up to double the current share price

Whilst the recent share price action has been mildly disappointing, it has allowed further accumulation of the stock at very much bargain prices, I have accumulated a further 4.7m over the past month or so.

Onwards and upwards, eventually long-term holders here will be raising our glasses full of the finest claret at the NY 1p party, while the peasant trolls and detractors will be left to wonder why oh why they didn't buy themselves a large chunk of one of the cheapest stocks on the market.

Patience is the key, and those of us who carry on buying and have that same patience will be the ones not just well rewarded but having a last and rather large laugh.

I must admit, I'm quite honoured to have the cretins preface their names with "professor".

My fan club must be bigger than I thought.

I'll echo that. You better hope I never find you, and if I do, you better pray.

Coz I'm well hard. I was known as knuckles in the James Capel telex room. I have a 5 knuckle shuffle like no one on earth.

I once took on 7 blokes at the same time,

For those who can count, LEG's NAV is 0.161p (excludes cash)

Down from 0.19p before the placing.

For those who can't count.....I guess it does continue to move 'apace'.

Well, don't think this board is doing too bad, no idiots as far as I can ascertain here.

When we get to 1p, we should hold a "1p party".

Onwards and upwards!

EDIT Ain't Great !
