26/3/2018 09:07 | Thats all in the figures CI, LEG got £238k from the exercise of warrants and still ended the half year to Sept 2017 with cash in bank of only £126k. | soupdragon55
26/3/2018 09:02 | Pre, they have $150k (£105k) of the loan facility left to draw (although it expires soon) Cash in bank was £126k at end of September. So, assumption it is at zero now given typical yearly cash burn of £320k. | soupdragon55
26/3/2018 08:59 | Do we know how much cash they have left as that would leave £330k based upon the calculations above by Soupdragon55 ? | pre
26/3/2018 08:56 | very sneaky of the mms to tumble the price on a tight spread to encourage buying. They'll regret it if these rise 50% to the dizzy heights of 0.1p again. | behindthescenes
26/3/2018 08:55 | Paul, I'm in agreement on VS and actually disagree with the view of others on here, I believe that they are growing and at least maintain the £66m valuation. The difficulty is in the way that LEG are run and my concern is that any success of VS will be eliminated by the ineptitude/apparent duplicity of Zaf. The prime example is the last placing. None of it was used for new investments, out of £1m raised only £270k was used and that was a loan to a company LEG have since dropped. Then Zaf arranged to borrow another $400k and didn't tell shareholders for months. Personally I don't rate CfA, have a look at the history of EC Capital and you'll see why. CfA are nobodies in the crowd funding world, they are unknown having only raised money for a handful of companies. Compare them to the likes of BnkToTheFuture who have raised over £200m for companies in the same timeframe (I own a stake in Bitstamp through them). In essence I really like VS, I just wish I didn't have to hold LEG to have be able to hold VS. | soupdragon55
26/3/2018 08:53 | I do believe the invites to the "0.01p Wake" are being printed. | michaelsadfvn
26/3/2018 08:43 | Soup, If we're relying on 1 investment alone i.e. VS then i'm sorry Notion's Due Dilligence would go way beyond what we could come up with.If they valued it at £66 m less than a year ago, I cant see anything there changing. They've hired a few people early this year but these contracts take time to deliver. The pedigree of that management team is very high and I think people are searching too hard for reasons not too invest. CFA also looks like a good investment but time will tell. | paulthomas103
26/3/2018 08:33 | What we need, at a time like his, is an uplifting Barry Manilow song. Davey can you think of one ? | chinese investor
26/3/2018 08:33 | In response to PaulThomas103, who wrote"... everyone wants to disprove Legs Legitimacy and everything I've read on the other threads ais absolute nonsense. "The reality is that I'm actually trying the prove the legitimacy of Leg. But it's a struggle as I keep finding more questions than answers. | soupdragon55

26/3/2018 08:33 | michaelsadvfn 23 Mar '18 - 13:36 - 1618 of 1631 Edit 0 2 0 afternoon dave, if you hadn’t already calculated(probably a good thing in your case) you need, for your 1p party to go ahead, a rise of 1,111% in the share price. david, did you write that post above? if so we need to update it. 1,428% now chum just pointing that out like. | michaelsadvfn
26/3/2018 08:29 | Apparently all the evidenced facts posted on here are "absolute nonsense" in the eyes of others. | soupdragon55
26/3/2018 08:28 | Well, those early 1m sales certainly looked liked CfA slightly trimming their holdings and raising some cash. Makes sense I suppose, especially if the Crypto Bond raise is successful, they will need extra working capital for the amount of work involved in new projects. | professor pettigrew
26/3/2018 08:24 | Good Morning All, All I keep thinking is the phrase be Brave when others are fearful. It seems to me for the last couple of years everyone wants to disprove Legs Legitimacy and everything I've read on the other threads ais absolute nonsense. I will message Zaf today and recommend other shareholders do likewise . I originally bought into Leg as being an Investment company seemed to negate the risks of this being an AIM stock and so had more than 1 egg in the basket and theres nothing to change my opinion on that. If i'm wrong, it's an expensive wrong and i'll take it on the chin but if not it will all come out in the wash. | paulthomas103
26/3/2018 08:13 | If LEG goes private this week you'll have time to cancel your ADVFN subscription David. So it's not all bad ! | chinese investor

26/3/2018 07:37 | Will this be the last week of LEG being a listed company? | carefreesid
26/3/2018 07:14 | Krisg, on the mobile app at the minute so can't see the post number, but there is a post from me 14days ago which lists the directors of Alcazar.Aside from the address I can find no other link to Amedeo etc. The directors seem to have links to a Delhi listed resource company and a Portuguese football club and that's all I can find. | soupdragon55 |
