So if they were selling they would have to notify as it dropped through the 7% line. So 0.54% is about 18m shares to sell before that point.

CI they have to notify under 'relevant changes' in the AIM Rules.Changes to the holding of a significant shareholder above 3% (excluding treasury shares) which increase or decrease such holding through any single percentage.

CfA would have to issue a holdings notice after selling about 18m as that would cross the threshold.

Morning paul - yes I would agree wholeheartedly. Possibly CfA getting rid of a few, don't forget though they did have something like 248m II believe.

Disappointed we haven't heard re the IBS licence yet, but it must still be on track otherwise the whole thing wouldn't have been set up.

The odd 1 or 2 million sale here or there is nothing in the larger scheme of things, VS still remains our jewel and it will be very interesting to see how things pan out.

The one thing we sadly lack in my view, is some very strong PR. Zaf (or VS for that matter) haven't done much to get "The Edge" and the massive potential for it onto Bloomberg or CNBC yet.

We'll find out if CfA have been the seller at the end of the month.

The constant selling over the last 3 months has to be CFA - i'd love to know how many shares they have left to sell!! From our perspective, in the short - mid term everything looks very positive - we have more investments that seem way more transparent than in previous cases. VS have moved or expanded into bigger offices and are clearly in a rush to grow the Business before Amazon Business takes over the World. It would be interesting to know if they are on Amazons radar as a shortcut into the NHS/ Large retailers.

Finally, wasnt IBS supposed to be quickly granted a licence? As much as it sounded exciting, the phrase time kills deals seems to be apparent here. Overall though, anyone buying shares at the moment is getting them at a false low due to the way we purchased CFA.
