The Final Terms dated 12 November 2018 relating to the issue by Legal & General Group Plc on 14 November 2018 of GBP400,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 2048 (the "Notes") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the GBP5,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme of Legal & General Group Plc and Legal & General Finance PLC.

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 14 November 2018.
