Leeds Group plc announces that it has today been informed that on 3 December 2018 Mr Johan Claesson, a director of the Company, purchased 3,967,150 Ordinary Shares in the Company from his brother Mr Magnus Claesson, at a price of 27.3p per share.

Johan Claesson and his associates' combined shareholding remains unchanged at 7,978,050 Ordinary Shares, equal to 29.20% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
