02/8/2017 20:59 | Still no divi. | russman
14/6/2017 22:00 | I no longer hold ldsg having sold end of 2015 into 2016. Good luck to shareholders. | oooff
11/6/2017 22:16 | And yet to learn a translation of the word "dividend". | coolen
09/6/2017 13:14 | Maybe the Swedes should learn when to double fold. | russman
10/4/2017 09:01 | More concerned about the Swedes recent track record here. About time they got their act together. | russman
09/4/2017 12:13 | The problem there is Russman that Gyllenhammar and Claesson would have to admit that they have been in concert all along when they have clearly broken stock market rules to buy 60% of the company between them. | arthur_lame_stocks
07/4/2017 11:14 | Could make a tender offer to appease the small shareholders. No real point being listed. | russman
05/1/2017 12:28 | Not a big surprise that sterlings depreciation to the Euro has boosted the interims.I am surprised the Swedes are not being more proactive. | russman
21/10/2016 14:16 | Have not heard from the Swedes for a long time. | russman
20/10/2016 15:01 | Russman This is confusing me. I may have it completely wrong but ... As far as I can tell the bulk of the assets are in Euros. It's a very big warehouse in Germany. The key exchange rate is $/Euro. They buy in dollars in China and sell in Euros. I'm not sure they have any or significant sales in the UK in pounds. And yet you can buy the shares in Pounds. Not only that but time travel is involved. You can buy those euro assets for about the same price in Pounds as a year ago. Has the Swede forgotten about this outfit completely? I own a very few bought the 5,500 yesterday I'm the only buyer so far this week. Obviously not a crowded trade. DYOR I know nothing most of my trades are losing money at the moment. | jbfnfn
19/10/2016 20:33 | I presume the devaluation of sterling is a positive. | russman
28/7/2016 13:14 | Pretty steady if boring.Still no divi policy. | russman
17/1/2016 09:58 | This E3.5m Hemmers facility upgrade sounds a significant investment. I can safely say I know nothing about Hemmers' business. | russman
06/11/2015 06:40 | The Swede has changed his mind with Rose. He is now very bored. | russman
26/8/2015 18:50 | The swede has turned up at Rose. I doubt that he shares this with Leeds but he must be getting pretty bored with this investment. | russman
06/8/2015 19:58 | I read the Annual Report. The swedes own a majority and they do not like progressive dividend policies. A divi is a better plan for the minority; rather than blowing capital on one of their more "spectacular" - value adding deals. | russman
30/7/2015 13:04 | Could not get excited by the results. As they do not appear to have any deals lined up. Should have proposed a special divi? | russman
22/2/2015 22:39 | Kemst þó hægt fari. | russman
22/2/2015 18:43 | Russman: Doesn't matter about the style. What matters is getting shareholders onboard, financing potentially good earning acquisitions and the like. | mrx9000
05/1/2015 22:53 | No divi, it is not the Swedes' style. | russman
28/12/2014 08:59 | It is about time this company paid a bloody dividend! | mrx9000
18/12/2014 01:20 | It looks like a good deal to me and is at least related to Hemmers unlike the dodgy sub prime mortgage extravaganza they invested in some years ago. | arthur_lame_stocks
17/12/2014 23:04 | This seems to me a natural deal and not too expensive so we have no reason to think its a bad investment. | playful
17/12/2014 19:17 | Crikey - a deal. It seems a very conservative investment. On the other hand, I know zilch about retailing fabrics in the Rhineland. | russman
22/10/2014 16:29 | Odd that they should announce this appointment today instead of yesterday at the AGM. A directorship of a Man who was finance director at Dawson Plc that went bust & cost us over a million pounds !!! | baronet |
