14/2/2018 14:29 | Well the reason given was "in order to satisfy institutional buying demand". If you buy that! | jeffian
14/2/2018 14:29 | Sale of around 3% of holding - not big when looked at that way. | the juggler
14/2/2018 14:28 | Why strange, ygor? The sale was 'to satisfy institutional buying demand', after all. 'Learning Technologies Group plc, the leading integrated e-learning services and technologies provider, announces the following share dealings on 12 February 2018 in order to satisfy institutional buying demand. Jonathan Satchell, Chief Executive, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.375 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these share dealings, Jonathan Satchell is interested in 100,139,995 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 17.4% of the Company's issued share capital. Piers Lea, Chief Strategy Officer, sold 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these share dealings, Piers Lea is interested in 13,023,383 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.3% of the Company's issued share capital.' | microscope

06/2/2018 16:56 | think you are right aimingupward; it was hard to buy on the dip but I could sell lots online early this morning (but I didn't!). | janeann
06/2/2018 16:42 | Global correction on equities. Perhaps passive’s selling indiscriminately? Does create some great opportunities though. | airdrie
06/2/2018 16:02 | I guess it's just been an opportunistic slashing of the prices to trigger some stop losses and scare out some weak holders enabling them to pick up reserve stock on the cheap. | aimingupward2
06/2/2018 15:24 | Pretty impressive turn round on the day - currently 20%+ from lowest trade to current bid price! | fbrj
06/2/2018 14:58 | Me to. Looking at the trades it would seem there is quite a few in the same position and plenty of top ups. Like you I’ve been waiting and watching for an opportunity to invest. I believe this stock has plenty of upside. Good fundamentals, good management with plenty of skin in the game, always a good indicator. | airdrie

29/1/2018 12:19 | nimbo1, I don’t know if you are already aware, but brokers Berenberg have LTG as their small cap ‘nap’ of the year for 2018 which is reassuring. | aimingupward2
29/1/2018 09:59 | tried to buy in on that small dip this am - got 78.9. looks like an excellent stock | nimbo1
23/1/2018 23:52 | Chart is well behaved in that seemingly all prior gaps have been filled, therefore we might assume the opening gap from yesterday will also fill? If so, the tp would be 75 for a complete fill. It is also a 50% retrace of prior rise, and position of short term lower trendline. | bamboo2
23/1/2018 22:31 | Reiterated as a buy by IC | mfhmfh
22/1/2018 14:25 | As always Thank you mr Chairman and Mr Ceo | phillis
22/1/2018 14:10 | Interesting multi - so I did get in here before you; my first buy was 10k in May 2015 at 25p!! I try and avoid buying the peaks - aiming to top slice a few and get more back cheaper. doesn't always work tho! Have a decent holding now also - at least in my view! ps haven't sold any today tho! | janeann
22/1/2018 13:54 | Hi Janeann, I have found that adding on new share price highs backed by volumes as a very good way of investing for the longer term....learned it from a Livermore "Reminiscences of a stock operator" book many years ago. Started buying LTG around 30p in Dec 2015 and now a decent sized hold :) Good luck to you and all ! | multibagger
22/1/2018 13:26 | well you are confident multi. And I thought I had a decent holding! good luck. | janeann

22/1/2018 12:16 | Wow! This is a spectacular rise! Target should be £1 at least. | the juggler
22/1/2018 12:10 | 100,000 shares buy just gone through at 85p. Somebody’ very confident! | aimingupward2 |
